“I don’t know what I do without Dr. Lee and her staff. Her Vet Techs are very knowledgeable and well trained. They all go beyond expectations for the health of your pet.”

“I honestly don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am for everyone at Heritage Animal Hospital. Yesterday I had to make one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make and say goodbye to my dog, Roscoe. From the very first phone call, to the staff, nurses, and doctors, everyone was so kind, patient, and compassionate. They made an incredibly sad and grief-filled experience just a little easier to get through. Most importantly, they were so gentle and loving with Roscoe and made me feel like they truly cared about him and about me. Even after I had to say goodbye, the compassion they showed meant more than I can explain. Thank you for taking such good care of my Roscoe, loving him until the very end, and helping me through one of the hardest days of my life. I will never forget your kindness. ❤🐾”

“I have brought 2 pups in and have been recommended by one long-term trucking friend of mine. They are extremely helpful and exceptional. Very friendly and attentive. Minor concern is the Ai attendant over the phone can be extremely unhelpful. The Ai claimed there was no Vet doctor to do an overall health check. I thankfully got a real person, with no hassle and got a same day appointment.”

“Doctor and assistants were super helpful and kind. They gave us all our options in a way that would make it easier and affordable for us. They broke down the most urgent needs to the things that could wait a little bit so we would be able to give our dog the treatment he needs. THANKS ❤”

“Dr. Acosta is amazing. One draw back though is that they are not opened on weekends and we live only 5 minutes away which means for a Saturday or Sunday, we need to travel at least 40+ minutes away for weekend Vet appointments and services. Staff is friendly here at Prestige N. by Sierra Lakes.”

“My Sonny(Sunny) is a barker at EVERYTHING/EVERYONE. He thinks he is the King, despite this--he is never turned away and his groomer Lacie always gives him EXTRA LOVE! Thank you Lacie!”

“Look, the doctor is blunt, doesn't do small talk, and won't hold your hand. But he stayed past closing, took my dog right into surgery for a deep puncture, charged an honest $800 instead of the $2,500 corporate ER rate, and fixed her right up. If you want a comedy routine, go somewhere else; if you want an honest mechanic for your dog when it counts, this is the place. My boxers name is Stella and i salute this place, was an emergency and for $800 for surgery, overnight stay, antibiotics and pain meds, dude seriously, where do i sign on the dotted line.”
