I spoke with a Denise today. She seemed very unhelpful and confused about helping me. She told me to call my Dr because she didn’t want to call or fax them herself for my refill. Which I’ve been getting refilled at this pharmacy for a long time. gWhen I told her that was unusual she asked me to hold and put me on hold for 15 minutes when someone else said “Can I help you?” As if I hadn’t already talked to the 1st person. It was rude and I know she was just hoping I’ld hang up when she put me on hold.

DO NOT GET A VACCINATION HERE!! I've been an RN for 30 yrs and have administered literally thousands of injections and so when I say this pharmacist was HORRIBLE, I'm qualified to judge. I watched as he administered my husbands injection so high it was practically in his shoulder joint rather than lower in muscle as it should be. Hubs said it was quite painful. When it was my turn I explained (and even showed) the guy exactly where to inject it - he said "ok" then proceeded to inject the same place as he did my husband - and yeah it freakin HURT! You should barely feel anything with these injections let alone be like WTF!! Pharmacist then handed me a Medicare card and 2 other documents clearly belonging to an asian (I'm caucasian and not even close to medicare age). When I told him they weren't mine he just looked at the name and then back at me like he was confused. OMG!! My husband had to lead me out of the store before I made a scene. They let this man near medications?? Now 12 hours later we are both nursing painful shoulder joints and logic says tomorrow will be even worse.

I guess that somethings haven't changed since covid19. The phone support is the worst that I have ever had. I waited for about ten minutes to get a live person. That person was pleasant and told me that she would transfer me to customer service. I waited another 3 minutes or so for another live person to pick up. She didn't listen to what I said. She said that I needed to be transferred to the meat department. The meat department picked up almost immediately. I explained to him that I had been transferred to him and I was looking for a particular product. I told him that it was not in the meat department. I heard him say "customer service line three" a couple of times. He then proceeded to hang up the phone. Just plain rude.

Just left Vons Grocery store on baseline in Fontana. Never going back. OVER 50 pounds of "ROTTEN BACON" was in various brands of prepackaged bacon! Some was expired 08MAY2022, others were expired 01APR2022. It expired OVER A MONTH & A HALF AGO! I brought about 25 pounds (as much as I could carry in my basket hands up to the customer service counter. I asked to speak to a supervisor. A young woman in her 20's came up to me as I was laying the meat onto the counter and taking pictures of some of the dates. She asked me what my problem was. When I asked her if she knew what trichinosis was or botulism, she said "No." I then explained what they both were. One is a parasitic worm that comes from eating undercooked rotten pork, and botulism is a toxin that is one of the most dangerous and deadly bio toxins on the planet. When I asked her if she knew how her store was giving those poisons to their customers, she said "No." I told her that the worms eat their way through the tissues of the body and make their way to the brain, where they eat people's brains and the toxins from botulism kill people from the inside out causing a severely painful and agonizing death. I told her that it was disgusting that her store was carelessly leaving these products on the shelf for people to consume. I told her my kids could have eaten this and any of it, most certainly would have certainly killed them after eating it. The young blond white female supervisor then proceeded to tell me that "I" needed to calm dow and speak to her "respectfully". I replied by telling her that it was disrespectful for her to not acknowledge what I just made her aware of, and to respond to me in such a way. I explained that I found several packages of meat that could kill and at the least hospitalize their customers and that she should show me some respect and appreciation for bringing it to her attention. She walked away into her office and slammed the door. As she walked away, I told her that it was perfectly reasonable for me to be upset, and she should be the one to calm down and have respect. After she did not reappear, I turned to the customers and showed them all the meat that was stacked on the counter. I asked them what they thought, if I was being "disrespectful" and "unreasonable". The response was people shaking their heads, and leaving the cash registers in total disbelief. The young female supervisor, never reappeared and completely ignored the situation. There was no apology. She acted like I was creating a disturbance instead of bringing a potential food poisoning outbreak from her store to her attention. The attitude of the employees of this store is the worst I have seen in a long time. I used to inspect kitchens and food prep facilities for the department of defense on ships and on shore, on this continent and overseas. This is one of the worst cases of gross negligence and disregard for health & safety that I have ever seen. The way this woman handled this situation was unbelievable. She tried to make me seem like a villain for bringing it to her attention. There were several USDA & FDA violations that occurred before I left this store. If you value your health and life, and the health and life of your loved ones, you should never shop at this store. Who knows what other poisons, negligences, and bioterrors are lurking on their shelves. God forbid you bring it to the attention to any of their leadership, they just might call the police and report you for something to discredit your report. I am sure that is exactly what this young female did as soon as she slammed her door.

Disgusting Be careful when you order a cake from a bakery, luckily i seen this but too bad we had already eaten basically half the cake already I've always gotten cakes from here for when there is a birthday party, never have i seen one before but then again i never really payed attention...... I know this can happen ANYWHERE but it happened here so I thought i'd post about it!

I'm very satisfied with how this cake turned out . Honestly when I first called to put in the order the first person who helped me wasn't so great but the manager got a very nice girl named Elizabeth on the phone to take my order and she was great! Elizabeth let me text her a picture of what I wanted and that was very helpful. When I picked up the cake 2 days later Gloria accidentally gave me the wrong shade of blue (I wanted pastel blue) and she offered to fix it but we ended up taking the cake with the bright blue they had put on the cake because it didn't look bad at all . Gloria did a great job remaking the cake to look exactly like the pic I had texted ! I added the elephant and balloons . (Picture attached. ) I gave 4 stars because I asked for chocolate on the bottom tier but the whole cake was vanilla . The guests didn't mind though, they all liked vanilla anyway.

For the last (5) years, l frequently shop at this VON's location. I've found it to be a clean, well-stocked, and has employees who appear to be always courteous and professional. If l can't locate an item, there has always been a VON's employee who has been willing to assist me. One time l was having a problem with the self-checkout counter, the manager saw l was having a problem, - he then took my shopping cart with all my items, opened-up a closed checkout stand, and began & completed my purchase transaction. What service! Just recently, l purchased a deli item, and after arriving home determined that l had purchased the incorrect item. I returned the item later that same day, and the customer service rep, Monica, made the exchange with no hassle. Because of this store's positive customer service attitude, l will continue to shop there, and have also recommended this store to others.

Shame on whoever called the police on 3 teenagers u said were stealing about 9pm last night, upon viewing the video no crime was committed. Next time do your job right & look @ the video before u call the police instead of discriminating. U just lost customers. As far as the cops, do your job right also instead of hassling teenagers & searching their bags before u look at the video!

Today Gina was the cashier. I have been shopping at this store since it open. Carmen,Ben and dairy man are the best since it open. The manager could not help. I was ready to pay with my debt card and it ask me if I wanted cash back. I hit the key pad with my finger for NO cash back. I waited nothing I hit it again still nothing 3 times nothing. Gina tells me oh try the pen I was ready to do that when it kicks in. Then she counts back 60.00 I told her I didnt ask for cash. Because malfunction of Vons machine I could not get a refund of the 60.00 I did not ask for. The manager told me just go to your bank and deposit the 60.00 back into your account. Well Merry Christmas to me! Could not say so sorry here is a gift card for 10.00 for any inconvenience. I am in Vons about every 3 days spending hundred of dollars. Beware of this machine that the manager will wipe down for the check customer lol

I do work at Vons and I recommend the store because of the staff we have. Along with that our prices and deals on certain products are really good. Along with that make sure to download the Vons app on your smartphone in order to get certain discounts on products that have digital coupons.
