Pharmacy is always understaffed. Easily 30 minutes just in line. There will be 6 cars waiting and 6 people inside waiting and only 1 person to help.

The absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to! Reading everyone’s review makes me feel a lot better, I thought it was just me experiencing these problems with them. No one answering the phone or they hang up on you.

I can handle a long line in the pharmacy but not a person that is going to give you very bad service and actitud. MONIQUE you should look for another job.

Extremely understaffed and customer service is horrible. I hate having to call the pharmacy because I know I will end up on hold for a long time. The phone will ring and then right when you think someone will answer you get placed right back on hold again. I also feel like they’re trying to get me to move along as fast as possible without answering all of my questions or concerns.

I've dealt with the pharmacy three times and they've screwed up all three. I haven't received any notices/alerts when they're ready so you have to stop by the store because a phone call will result in you curtly being put on hold forever. Then they give you 10 out of 180 pills with no explanation whatsoever. But you can't call them to find out because you'll just get stuck on hold. The employees were totally indifferent.

Dr.Rajeshkumar went above and beyond to help me. I arrived about 15 minutes to close with a very bad infection in my throat causing difficulty breathing. The tech let me know they received the prescription but haven’t filled it yet and I would have to wait till tmmr. So I then asked to speak to the pharmacist. I told Dr. Rajeshkumar what I was experiencing and he said don’t worry Ill fill it for you. Mind you this was 15 minutes before they closed. I really really appreciate that. He went out of his way at the end of his day to ensure that I got my antibiotics and could be on the road to good health. If you see this THANK YOU a million!!!

My pharmacy was out of my son's prescription drops so I came here to have his prescription transferred as it was after hours and the physician wasn't available for a script change. The pharmacy staff was so kind and helpful and I'm so grateful that they were steadfast in getting a hold of the other pharmacy and transferring the prescription before they closed. They kept me updated constantly on progress despite being busy and the young lady getting rude behavior from the drive thru folks for their insurance company's rules as if she has any control over that. It's amazing that she remained not only professional but kind and respectful. The pharmacist was patient and explained everything thoroughly. Best service. Thank you, thank you.

I can’t even get a hold of anyone in the pharmacy and when I do, they just say “I’ll be right with you” I’ve been on hold for over 10 minutes. This is horrible customer service and for a pharmacy to treat patients that need their medicine like this should be illegal.
