I had a big issue with the pharmacy as I was getting my prescription. They were incompetent and rude. The head pharmacist was the worst of it all as he accused me of attacking him when I never even called him bad names and trying to get me to pay when I didn't have to because of my insurance and I couldn't even pay for it either. I'm never coming back here again and send my prescription to another pharmacy. I use the Rite-Aid on Baseline and it was so much better. And apparently I'm not the only one with issues with this Walgreens. The owner better change things as this store is destined to close with the numerous bad reviews.

Terrible customer service, I arrived before they close the pharmacy and they didn't attend me. They don't care about the customer neither the company, choose another pharmacy.

Janette is an AWESOME employee. She is very knowlegdeable and most of all demostrate an extreme amout of patience in serving me. She was also friendly and pleasant and is a definite asses to your store.

I was on hold for over 15 minutes, only to be finally attended by Jane, who claimed to be the supervisor. Her rudeness and lack of help were absolutely infuriating. When I asked to speak to someone else, she had the audacity to insist that she was the supervisor. After waiting so long, I expected better treatment, but instead, I was met with condescension
I asked her to check for a prescription, and she bluntly told me there was nothing in the system. When I asked her to look under a different last name, she snapped back that she had already checked, as if I was wasting her time. This level of service is unacceptable! Jane’s attitude was appalling, and I’m extremely disappointed with how this call was handled.

This pharmacy is awful! Three trips in one day because they can’t get the prescription filled properly, refills were requested 3 days prior. Excuses every time

My 4 month old daughter had her prescription sent here from her doctor. I went through the drive through and waited maybe 30 minutes as there was 3 cars in front of me. When I got the window, I gave my daughter’s information, and they requested for her insurance cards. Soon after, they informed me that I can either go inside and wait for 15 minutes for it to be ready or come back 1hr later and it would be ready. I informed them that I would go inside and wait. After waiting maybe 25 minutes inside I. The waiting area, the same tech/assistant asked what I was waiting for and for the information.he then asked me to come to the register, only to tell me that they didn’t not have her medication is stock. I asked him why he didn’t inform me of this earlier at the drive through window and his reply was “I thought we had it in stock, but I can find another location”. I disregarded as it was already late in the afternoon and I needed to bring my daughter home to sleep. NOT ONCE did he even apologize. As a medical professional myself, healthcare is customer service and empathy and that was not evident.
Fast forward to the next day, my wife calls the pharmacy to see if they have it in stock and to fill it so I can pick it up on the way home from work. She spoke with the pharmacist and he informed her that unfortunately they do not take my daughter’s insurance and to contact CVS to make sure they do, and to CALL HIM BACK and he can help transfer it. I contact CVS to confirm they accept the insurance and when I call Walgreens Pharmacy back, the tech told me that CVS has to call them even after I told them the situation.
Irritated, the fact that this could’ve been prevented if the first tech/assistant told me that they didn't take my daughters insurance, yet alone should’ve said the medication wasn’t in stock when he asked for her information and insurance cards.

The pharmacy at this location is a joke. The staff here, specifically the pharmacist, Darryl, are incompetent, rude, and disrespectful. I waited in the drive-thru line for 45 minutes this afternoon to be told my prescriptions weren’t ready, this is specifically unsettling when I was told the night before that they’d be ready in the morning. When I expressed by dissatisfaction to Darryl, instead of taking ownership of the unfulfilled promise, he began to make disrespectful comments towards me. I do hope Walgreens’ corporate office sees these negative feedback and provide Darryl and his pharmacy staff the customer service training that they desperately need as it seems like this is a pattern of behavior. I will most look into taking my business elsewhere.

0 stars for the pharmacy! Always a long line waiting inside and all the doctors working there just seems to taking their sweet time to wait to clock out. And good luck if you are waiting at the drive thru because it takes them at least 30-40 mins to serve one patient, even if it’s only for pickup, if you asked more question they are gonna tell you that you are blocking the line. They have so many doctors working on site I don’t get why they can’t make things right and efficient! My father has cancer, every time he comes back from chemo all tired and sick, still have to wait for this unprofessional place to treat patients like crap. Again, today my mom tried to pick up medicine, not only they made her wait in line for over an hour just to drop off prescription, and they texted her to go pick up like 4 mins before they closed.

Horrible experience with their Photo Booth.
I went to their western union they said they don’t have $300. So I went to different Walgreens they said I have already picked up the money. Which I DIDNOT.
So I called the Walgreens the girl who was working at the photo booth on the 30th of April at 06:30
She said she didn’t process it. So I called western union they informed I picked up the money.
And of course I had to drive back to this location to talk to the staff. They were on the phone walking back and forth pretending to be helping when they clearly knew when they make a mistake. The person called “Jesse” roamed around and made some calls and finally agreed to do the transaction again. And made it look like it was my fault.

The pharmacy department is very unprofessional. I tried to fill a prescription and they didn't tell me they didn't have my information and filled the prescription. It would have been nice for him to tell me before filling the prescription. I came back and thats when they told me. They are unable to look up your information. I also said like whatever and the Pharmacist basically made me seem like I
was being unreasonable. He was rude. I will not go to Walgreens anymore. I am hurt at the way I was treated.

Terrible service. The wait times are ridiculous every single time. Literally the worst. I miss rite aid!!!!!
