This Walmart is the worst. They constantly have items with the wrong price and the cashiers in the front will literally tell you they didn't stock it in order to pass blame with no resolution. I have stoped coming to this location when really needing to shop. I do stoped by once in a while because of its location but still run into pricing issues/ things placed in wrong areas more often than I should.

Purchased an iPhone adapter and when I got home nothing was in it !! Called in and let them know they laughed at me and just told me to come in . Worst Walmart ever

At least 10 Wal-Mart employees walked past me standing at the jewelry counter. Not one of them offered to help,ask if I have been helped, or let me know they'll get someone for me. The store was not extremely busy. I heard calls to pick up returns, automotive, men's lockups, but never to assist at the jewelry counter. I have been here for about 15 minutes. Rae showed up after I pushed a different button for assistance.

I mean... you get what you pay for. Customer service desk closes at 8 so we were bummed to have missed that time frame. We needed to return a cabin filter because I purchased the wrong one. I had no receipt but when I came back during open hrs they put the funds back on my card and accepted the item despite ripped box.

This place sucks they literally gave me an empty tin of pokemon cards lady scanned the tin and just put it in the bag when I got home shit was empty fuckkkk I literally stay an hour from that walmart but I thought it would be an ok experience going here to get a couple of things we needed, BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER, got jacked by WALMART! I just called and they said oh so you will have to come back and ask why was that tin open! Are you serious?!!!!

I absolutely do not understand why they offer customer pick up. You go online and order stuff they send you a notification your stuff is ready. You procede to go to the store and luck up said items and you sit for 3 hrs waiting for someone to come out and tell you oh we'll be right out with your stuff. Them they send an updated message for you to come in the store and get your sh*t .... What happened to customer pick up . Then to top it off they don't know what happened to your order or where it went so you stand there for an additional 30-40 minutes waiting them run around accomplishing nothing . Also the phone and phone number they provide do absolutely nothing to help you get your stuff . Yeah happy shopping .....

They are by far the worst Walmart.. workers are lazy mangers are ghetto horrible customer service. You ask for any help you will be waiting for ever they never answer the phone don't restock shelves. Snotty ass employees.. asked for shavers was waiting 45 minutes until I gave up. Save your self the agony go to the Rialto or Rancho Cucamonga location DONT GO TO THE FONTANA Walmart unless you want to wait in extremely long lines empty shelves and rude workers..m

Excellent customer service from the moment I called them to hold the 1 tire they had in stock for me while I was waiting for roadside assistance. I arrived and all representatives I was in contact with ( Vanessa, Angela and multiple technicians) were super kind and honest about the wait time and if they were able to change my tire. My wheel/Rim was damaged as well so I made sure it wasn't in need of a replacement before waiting for service. They actually had my car finished an hour earlier then mentioned which was also a plus.

Had to drive all this way to this store for a baseball hard cap for my son and of course he needs it by tomorrow.Lines were long during this time of the day.Hey, job security for the employees here.

Alfie provided exceptional service. He informed me that my tires were worn out and that replacing them was urgent. He did my oil change in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend visiting this Wal-Mart auto center.
