The girl on window 5 gotta be the pettiest most horrible attitude person I deal with. Looks like shes bothered to deposit/cash my check and has issues saying thank you and have a good day. Every time i gotta come down here i PRAY to not even have to interact with her... Ruins my whole day just seeing her for the 30seconds during the week... - Everyone else is lovely but oh my do I detest this girl

First time at this Wells Fargo on Baseline. They only have one ATM to get right in the front but you can opt to go tho the drive thru which I did because there were already two people in line for the one ATM. Only one other car ahead of me. It was pretty easy to get my cash and drive away.

I went into the bank today and there was only one teller and the line was to the door. Sophia was amazing on getting the customers through the line. The manager, Patrick came out, saw the line and did not help Sophia at all then he went back to doing what ever he was doing with another employee. This is not the first time I've seen this. Management skills suck. When I requested to speak with him he never came out. Kudos to Sophia, great job. More management and customer service classes for Patrick. This is a big company you have to do better please. Been a customer since 2009. Sophia - 5 starts Patrick- 0 starts

We've been to this branch twice within 5 days and both times they screwed up! This is not acceptable! From the tellers to the business banking specialist Sergio Bonilla they do not know what they are doing! Wish I didn't even have to give one star!

Most of the time my banking needs are handled by my mobile phone or walk up atms. Whenever I have to actually enter a bank then this Wells Fargo is my choice. The line here usually moves fast and the staff is friendly. The only dilemma is the "1 walk up atm", wish they had more.

Michael is very rude he is inconsiderate for customers. Worst experience in a branch ever will be going to another bank. Please stay away from him.

Bank is so inconsistent. Was about to deposit the same work Comp check I deposited 2 weeks ago but now they want to put a hold on it. I guess this bank picks and chooses when to put holds on checks. Then the manager makes it a point to let everyone know my business, very unprofessional. Last time I go to this branch, I might go as far on closing my account.

Very unprofessional... I walked in and they didn't help me in anyway. The manager was playing around with the workers and the workers are all playing games and giggling at the customers. Very unprofessional. Don't recommend it.

I truly appreciate the staff of this bank. They have helped me numerous times with my business and personal accounts, as well as my mortgage. My problem is with the corporate office as they refuse to refund $360 that was stolen in August via ach theft. I have even written to the CEO John Stumpf to no avail. I filed a police report for the theft and still no refund! No wonder they have so much money. I have closed all accounts and am a happy Chase customer now! Of course, I would be even happier if my $360 would be refunded. Next step, small claims court.

I went in to open a checking account. When i first went in there was no one to greet me. There was no one at the desks. When i was helped i had asked the banker if everything was true what ive read on yelp about this bank like the atms never working and she said none of it was true. We'll see. She was decently polite but i did not get the feel of welcoming there. I like to feel some ones positive energy at a bank like their job is more then a job theyll go the extra mile to make you happy. And i felt a little rushed she interrupted me every time i tried to speak. I almost felt like i was bothering her for making her do work. The supervisor came over and he was very nice and had the customer service i would of liked to see from the other girl. He was bright eyed and bushy tailed smiled very clear and sincere. While the banker looked like she hasnt had her morning coffee when i went in at noon. Took no more then 30 min. Went in again to apply for a credit card. And Andrew Acosta was amazing ! But I'm not going to change my previous review or how many stars I give them

ATM drive up and walk up never work and there are never signs letting you know. So frustrating. And they are broken for weeks at a time!

I wish I could give 0 stars! Worst bank I have ever been too!!! All the tellers are rude! Way rude. Unless you are an attractive man don't bother going to the women tellers. They will give you the worst attitude! If you don't have an account with them be prepared to have them harass you to sign up until you say "no thank you" about 20 times. Then they talk to other employees in front of you about you like your not there! Who the hell hires these people?!? They need to reevaluate their qualifications!!!!!
