I've been to this bank several times and the tellers continue to just talk to the clients like their having a cup of tea and you can see the frustration on the people's faces waiting also,there is this one client sharing her pictures on her phone with one of the tellers like if their friends,I understand courtesy but the line is looonng

My teller made my cash deposited into a different customers account! My bank teller was totally distracted talking with one of her colleagues and must not have not logged out from the customer who was before me. I'm lucky I asked for a receipt and I always check online immediately after a deposit but this time I was ready to drive away but checked anyways. It's completely unacceptable. When I looked at my receipt it was a different account. They did correct the error but If I didn't check I would have had no proof. Please do your job. And Cecilia it's okay to apologize when you mess up. Not saying anything like people don't matter is very Rude.

Worst branch ever I reminded myself why I left them many years ago. Stopped by after spending all morning on the phone with customer service. We figured at the branch we'd get better service WRONG.... After speaking with the branch manager John E. Rodriguez he called the same number and was again of no help. My daughter had her purse and cell phone stolen so we went and applied for a DMV copy and they gave us a paper copy along with her original state of california birth certificate and was told they could not issue another ATM without a picture ID and my daughter gave them all her info. They were of no help at all. We asked to close her account and even then no help again. It's not the money it's her access to a new ATM and to change her address which was her prior address. I asked him for his business card and for his District Manager here is what he gave me with no cell phone or email number (Now that's customer service from a branch manager that didn't even have a pen or his business card) very professional spend more time on providing better customer service and less on trying to play it off. Save yourself the headache Bank somewhere else .... Jacob Gillette looking forward to your response since your employee didn't out any info on how to reach you?

Worst bank I've been to,. I wish I would've read the reviews before coming in! Waited an hour outside because there was only one teller working. It seems like it's an going issue and Wells Fargo doesn't seem to care.

This is the absolute worst Wells Fargo Bank that I have ever experienced. Expect to wait 20 or more minutes. There are no managers around, anywhere. The one manager sits and hides behind the tellers, of which maybe there are two at any given time. Can't tell you how bad this one is....

This has got to be the worst bank i have ever step foot in. Including foreign ones. The customer service is non existent. Be prepared to wait in line for some time while most employees are sitting in a room chatting. You won't be greated or treated like a paying customer. Expect nothing and you won't be disappointed.

Have tried for almost a year to get my school funds back from the bank, but they refuse to give it back and have lied to me non stop stating that I did receive it when I know I received nothing during the year covid started. I've been called stupid and yelled at by a teller, been told multiple times after being told that one teller couldn't find the transactions a week before being yelled at was now stating that this call didn't exist. They stole $3,235 dollars from me, and were hoping I wouldn't notice until I checked my school account transactions showing I "received" funds on specific days in 2020. I checked in 2021 in November. Now I've been put aside and ignored. I will be switching to chase after I share with everyone about my current situation.

Worst and cheapest wells fargo... literally 2 tellers working... 20 ppl in line... I had no choice to come here today.... go drive to a different t city wells fargo cause it will still be faster than waiting ins this stupid line...
