The girl on window 5 gotta be the pettiest most horrible attitude person I deal with. Looks like shes bothered to deposit/cash my check and has issues saying thank you and have a good day. Every time i gotta come down here i PRAY to not even have to interact with her... Ruins my whole day just seeing her for the 30seconds during the week... - Everyone else is lovely but oh my do I detest this girl

This location is perpetually under staffed. Why have 8 windows and rarely ever more than 2 tellers? It's bad enough that every location is only open til 5pm - I use an entire lunch hour just to go to the bank. I'm here at 230 on a weekday and there are 10 people in line and 2 people working. I need to remember to avoid this location from now on. 3 people left while waiting cuz the service is so bad. I don't blame the tellers..I blame management.

It can get pretty busy here depending on what day it is and the time of day, but normally it's not an issue for me. I've experienced the ATM outside the bank not accepting cash deposits at times, but then the drive-thru ATM does. Wells Fargo has a bad reputation for reasons, I know, but I've been a customer since 2008 and am able to avoid any monthly fees.

Bad customer service the lady I was speaking to today May 4th at 10:55AM doesn’t know how to do her job she’s extremely unprofessional and needs to take customer service classes. You ask her questions and she doesn’t know how to respond correctly. If she was working for me she’d be fired immediately. I wish I got her name.

First time at this Wells Fargo on Baseline.They only have one ATM to get right in the front but you can opt to go tho the drive thru which I did because there were already two people in line for the one ATM.Only one other car ahead of me. It was pretty easy to get my cash and drive away.

Every time I’ve tried calling this branch for the last 3 weeks not one person answers! Furthermore I’ve made notary appointments through the app only to get called or show up and say there is no notary available on three different occasions in last month. As a customer and shareholder I have to say this branch location is garbage!

I went into the bank today and there was only one teller and the line was to the door. Sophia was amazing on getting the customers through the line. The manager, Patrick came out, saw the line and did not help Sophia at all then he went back to doing what ever he was doing with another employee. This is not the first time I've seen this. Management skills suck. When I requested to speak with him he never came out. Kudos to Sophia, great job. More management and customer service classes for Patrick.
