I love this rite aid, my rite aid near me closed down. Since then I've come to this one and service is great and store is always clean.

5 stars goes to the night time employees we're always greeted when coming in, despite the long lines for ice cream which is a given on summer nights, the young man who serves us is always pleasant :)

This Rite Aid has the worst pharmacy department that I have ever been to. Customer service here sucks, I will take them off my list of pharmacies for my families doctors offices.

This is my favorite Rite Aid in Fontana. Best place to get good ice cream and for a low price. There's always plenty of parking and the staff is friendly. The store is clean and I like to go for the sales on holiday items. The holiday items are usually 50% off. It's nice to come and shop the sales and get some ice cream.

Pharmacy is horrible! My Dr sent my prescription to the pharmacy at 10:30a and came back at 1130 then 12. Still not ready! Came at 140p and then the pharmacist is at lunch and we had to wait again!!! This is the last time we're gonna use this pharmacy for my family!

This rite aid always seems to disappoint. The long lines are ridiculous and the customer service is non existent.In my recent visit a old Latino woman with black hair and make up attempted to argue with me in regards to a return.She rudely stated that since I did not input my phone number in the system that my discount was not registered. I explained to her that there was no option for a phone number to be entered at the time of check out and she said, " IT ALWAYS ASKS FOR A NUMBER!" As I reiterated to her from my previous experience, she cut me off mid sentence.I was so furious with her actions I did not purchase the initial product. I hope the regional manager deals with this situation.I have also filled a complaint with the corporate customer service department of Rite Aid.I will never visit this location again!

My trip to Rite Aid was a good experience, as usual. I live down the street and therefore I am a regular shopper there, As soon as I walked into the store , it did not feel cluttered and looked clean. The cashier greeted me as soon as I walked in. I went in to find some snacks and came out with a bunch of other stuff. During my shopping, the manager, Susana greeted me and asked if I was finding everything okay. I explained I was looking for some bagged candy and she walked me to the aisle . It's always nice to shop there because I get in and out quickly.

I ordered 2 items online. My pick up was very fast and efficient. I only had to wait for about 2 minutes. Excellent servic!

Ordered an item online went to go pick up and took an additional 40 minutes to even pick up the item, talked with several employees, no one knew what to do, was told to go home and come back when they were ready. Even though I received the email that my order was ready, why have an online system and it not work? Wasted time and money

I went to get ice cream with my bro's and the b**** a** employee was pressing me and giving me attitude. He's a younger guy with small dick energy. He even ripped my boys receipt and he wanted that s**** F*** that guy. Not my fault you work at rite aid.

A few days ago, my almost 70 year old mother who has been shopping here since the day this place opened, got accused of stealing. The young smug cashier kid who finished ringing my mom up told her to take an item out of her pockets that was sticking out. That item was her cigarettes that rite aid doesn't carry!!!! She has never stolen anything in her life. My mom has never felt so embarrassed until that smug kid. There was never an apology from him until my brother went to that store and talked to the manager. That behavior from that cashier is unacceptable and my mom is too embarrassed to go back and afraid she'll get accused of something she never did and has never done in her WHOLE LIFE! I hope the manager talked to that kid.

Thank you to whoever lost my film and failed to contact me. I've waiting for film I dropped off 4 months ago!!!! Each time I call it's something different. I've been calling since I dropped off the film after the first two week time line they gave me. I received nothing, and waited two more weeks called again. STILL NOTHING. come to find out the girl who helped me that day gave me the wrong envelope. The thing that frustrates me is that I left all of my information on that envelope and they could have simply contacted me and let me know I needed to refill or give my film back!!!! I wouldn't be as upset if it was film I didn't even care about. These two cameras carried photos of my daughter when she was a baby. They are sentimental photos and dear to me. I'm beyond upset and can't believe there's a possibility that they're completely lost. DONT DROP OFF FILM HERE. Go to an actual film development store. I learned the shitty way and now have to deal with the lose of good memories. Thank you!!!!
