“After getting several quotes from different places with prices that felt outrageous, I came to Fix it Auto in Lake Forest and immediately felt the difference. One of the owners (Travis) was very personable and a straight shooter, no BS about what actually needed to be done. The quote wasn't suspiciously cheap, but it was fair, reasonable and felt appropriate for the repair. He was honest and upfront. The turn around time was fast. Drop off in the morning and ready by end of day!

“I took my 2014 Mini Countrymen in to Maaco, Lake Forest to have it painted because the factory clear coat had pealed significantly on the hood and right side of the car. They painted the entire car (except for the roof) with the original metallic dark green color. The job they did was exceptional. They also polished the headlight lens without being asked. “I have purchased many new and used cars over the years, and buying my new F150 with Tuttle-Click Ford was easily one of the best car buying experiences to date. The staff was easy to talk to and never pushy. They worked a great deal with me and accommodated our busy schedules with two young kids in tow.
We almost bought from a dealership much closer to home after several attempts, but the experiences were consistently disappointing. We decided to drive to Irvine not only because they had the truck we wanted, but because from the start it felt like we were getting genuine, attentive treatment from both Sandy and Brandon.
Once the deal was completed, they continued to be accommodating and flexible. The closure of I-5 and work schedules made coordinating pickup difficult. Having an infant made the trip feel even more challenging. The dealership arranged a car to pick us up and bring us in, which made the entire process much easier.
Tyler in finance was also great to work with and made the financing portion smooth and straightforward.
All in all, it was truly a great experience, which is not something many people can say when making a major purchase like a new vehicle.”

“I had the misfortune of scraping my side bumper which left multiple white streaks and a very small dent. I went to an auto body shop for an estimate and was told it would cost $3,200 to repair. I have had wonderful experiences in the past with O'Reilly Auto Parts on Culver in Irvine so I decided to check there to see if there was another option. While I did not like the dent I created along with the scrape marks, I mainly wanted to see if there was a way to remove most of the streaks of white paint.
I met 2 angels. Manny came over to help me. I showed him the scrapes and he stated he thought I could rub it out but wanted to check with someone who specializes in detailing to be certain. Luis came over and made the same statement. They selected the rubbing compound and applicator for me with the total coming to $15.06 including tax! I wasn't looking for perfection because there was a dent but I could not be happier with the results! All of the white streaks are gone with just a couple of white dots remaining. I am not someone who does anything at all with my car myself but it was so easy and took me about 20 minutes if that.
If you are looking for an Auto Parts store you can trust and that truly wants to help their customers, I highly recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts.
