The Hampton Inn by Hilton Irvine East - Lake Forest is a beautiful hotel located in a nice area. The front desk staff, especially Veronica, are amazing - they are polite, professional, and eager to help. The check-in process is a breeze, and the staff is kind, especially the cleaning crew. The hotel is very clean and quiet, with a great gym. The breakfast options are plentiful, but the hot food could be hotter. Overall, the staff is the most accommodating the reviewer has encountered in a long time, and the hotel is a great choice, though there may be some issues with the housekeeping oversight.
Four night stay and found all staff to be super professional, helpful, go the extra mile type!
