“Came in 15 minutes before close looking for fabric for a fun blanket. Wasn't quite sure what I wanted, but the employee Allison came over and helped me out. She showed me what fabrics were on sale and what would go best for my blanket. She knew all the right questions to ask me, to ensure that my blanket was the best it could be. She even gave me recommendations on what she used for her craft! Once I had decided what fabric I wanted, I brought it to her and asked how long it should be in order to make a big enough blanket. She reminded me that I need to cut the corners of the fabric, so I had to get a little bit longer than I I wanted it. Allyson saved the day for me. What a great employee! If you ever going to Joannes make sure to look for Allyson in the fabric department. You will not be disappointed. Allyson is the best!!! Will be returning for all my blanket, needs and I hope Allyson is there!”

Right now they’re already getting ready for Christmas. There are tons of Advent calendars, delicious treats from all over the world, like cookies, big holiday cakes, popcorn kits, and tea collections.

They also have a great selection of rugs and unique, cozy furniture. I especially love their comfy chairs and poufs.
The kitchen section is amazing too, full of themed and functional items: everything from plates and trays to cooking gadgets and even waffle makers.”

“Hubby and I have been talking about replacing our Sleep Number bed that we've had for 15 years and decided to go to the one at Irvine Spectrum Center, where he bought the one we have. We met Romy and asked her about all the new bed options that are currently available that are different from our current model and the sales being offered over the Labor Day Holiday. We tried all sorts, from the Climate 360 to the iLE and she was able to answer our questions and offer options to try. We decided we wanted to stay cool during sleep more than a foot warmer (yes they have that). We couldn't quite pull the trigger that first day on which one we preferred so we asked Romy for the breakdown of the ones we narrowed down. She graciously gave us the quote for them all and we took a week to decide. When it was time to order, she helped us with appointment for delivery and removal of our old bed. We also got deals on pillows, mattress pad and a new bed skirt for the new bed.

Our new bed arrived yesterday. The guys, Joe and Fabian, put everything together and showed me how to navigate the new system through my iPad. We've already had a good night's sleep after 30 minutes lying in Zero G position with the new pillows. Bed skirt should arrive this weekend and the bed will be complete. “I visited this Lowe's for the first time. I received a notice that Lowe's was currently offering FREE Valspar Paint Samples to their rewards members until 8/20 and I took this as an opportunity to try Lowe's out.

I've been used to shopping at Home Depot, but not as much at Lowe's.

After I picked out my color, Berry Brown 1010-7, I let the clerk know what I came in looking for.

I looked down at her name tag and saw that it said Michelle. Ooo Michelle really is a gem!

She had a spunky personality, so friendly and smiling and also hard-working and attentive to her customers. There was a guy before me and then 2 other parties came after me. During my 5-minute wait for my paint, she kept making sure to finish as fast as she could. She even hand mixed my paint. She explained to me what I was getting, what would work best for my project and she even told me where I can find some cool new nail polish art!

My check out process was easy and I ended up getting a color I really like!!! It looks much pinker than the sample card, but I'm not complaining, I actually like it!!

“This boutique is a neighborhood gem, full of interesting and unique items that make great gifts for that certain someone who is always hard to shop for, because you never know what they might want. Or just something for yourself. About half the store is dedicated to children's items, as well. Prices range from ~$5 to $35 to $300 (but it was a one of a kind, handmade piece!) -- lots of goodies in the mix for all types. Either way, it's definitely worth checking out this cozy store and saying hi to the super sweet owner Karina and her dog Bo!”

“Love this place. I love collecting mineral specimens, Crystals, minerals, fossils. This place had beautiful minerals at a surprising affordable price. I saw a quartz crystal specimen at Brighton for 85 dollars the the same size and clearer specimen here was just under 30. They also sale jewelry, craft soaps, and some clothing and bags from local artists. But the minerals and jewelry are the main highlight of the store. Great place to browse. Almost like a museum feel, comfortable. Per the owner they bring in new mineral specimens and fossils from around the world weekly. If you are a serious collector like me, you have to make the trip. “This hidden gem is actually very centrally located and has some very impressive art and lighting stores. There are also furniture and textile boutiques along with various other shops and even a yoga studio. You can also enjoy brunch at the cute little restaurant or sit and read near the fountain. There’s always parking in the back if the front is full but in the six years I have been coming to the design center I have never had parking be a problem. I highly recommend it to any local designers or residents!”

“A few weeks ago I moved into my new apartment in Kings Point Delray Beach which is a 55 and over community. I was searching online for furniture and I came across Jennifer Taylor home. As a side note most of the furniture places today that you go into do not give you top quality merchandise at reasonable prices. Great quality furniture is enormously expensive and for the most part out of reach of a lot of senior citizens. I have looked at many different furniture stores over the years have bought furniture from quite a few. They never reach my expectations or ever exceeded it. Jennifer Taylor home not only met my expectations but exceeded them be on my wildest dreams. The furniture is in one word GORGEOUS . The craftsmanship is amazing and attention to detail is perfect. I think what really impressed me was the fact that the furniture was affordable not overpriced at all. Customer service is a big part of dealing with furniture companies. Dealing with logistics delivery times etc can be very difficult. Being someone that is disabled and unable to run around to various stores I had to do all my purchasing online. I always had someone to talk to to answer questions and customer service. They kept in touch with me throughout the process. I bought a jack 84-in sofa, Eloise armchair and a Katherine Tufted chair. I also just received my bar stools which is being put together was an amazing price on sale. I am simply in love with my new furniture. “I was shopping for a new couch and my plan was to go to Joybird in LA. I had a vision of what I wanted and joybird carries that modern look. I was a little nervous because I was uncertain of the quality of their furniture. We checked at Ethan Allen first because we have purchased from them in the past and I knew the quality was great but I didn’t think I could find a more modern look.
