I would like to start off with saying I love Kawasaki products. They are the best. I have been working on a Kawasaki Ninja 250r 2007. When I started this project I had absolutely no idea what I was getting myself into. I never worked on a motorcycle before. About 6 months later it's finally coming together. I took this engine completely apart and thought it would never run again. I have a few more bolts to tighten up and wires to connect then I will be able to ride. Im super excited. I want to thank all the hard working men and women at Kawasaki for there hard work for helping me and there patients. Thank you. Kawasaki is the best In my opinion. Keep up the good work.

Subject: Request for Assistance Regarding Engine Failure in 2024 ZX6R
Dear Kawasaki Customer Support,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue I’ve encountered with my 2024 ZX6R, which has experienced a sudden engine failure. I am hoping to receive guidance on the next steps to address this issue and or available repair solutions.
Model: 2024 ZX6R
Purchase Date: September 29, 2023
VIN: JKBZXJK1XRA001295
Current Mileage: 11,754
On September 29, 2023. I purchased a brand new 24’ ZX6R with 0 miles on the odometer. For just over a year now I have been daily commuting to and from work on this bike. Never a hiccup or any inconvenience, as you would hope with such a pristine unit. I have abided by everything the owners manual has said when it comes to maintaining my machine. All of my maintenance records are up to date and I will include those down below. On February 4th, 2025. I was on my normal commute home from work. I was cruising at about 50 mph when all of a sudden I heard and felt my bike make an awful noise and slip power. I immediately pulled in the clutch, released the throttle, and heard what sounded like internal components banging around.. From there I hit the kill switch and pulled over to the side of the road. I looked for any signs of oil leaks and I couldn’t identify any. I then tried to start the bike, u can hear the starter try to engage but the motor seems to be locked up and will not turn over. (video included down below). On February 5th I spoke to Lessie From Kawasaki customer service. She was very polite and helpful in providing me a case number (1596855).
My Bike is currently 3 months out of warranty, I would have purchased the extended warranty if I was not confident in the reliability of my machine. When my bike was last in for service only 2000 miles ago, I spoke to the my dealership and they said my bike was healthy and not one issue. Even when the valves were inspected as recommended, they were all within spec. Up to this point I have been thrilled with my experience. It is very unfortunate that this has happened when the sole purpose of purchasing it brand new, was to avoid this possibility. In addition, My bike was bone stock. I cherished this bike like no other, I never pushed the bike to its limits. The bike still has its stock front tire and stock brake pads. This is a daily commuting bike not a track bike by any means.
I’m not exactly sure what I should do moving forward, If you could please advise on the next steps, including whether I need to bring the bike in for diagnostic at my Kawasaki certified dealership. I would greatly appreciate any support you can offer to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Thank you.
Sincerely, Dominic

Buyers beware if you have any issues and it turns in to a buy back they will drag feet and pay bare minimum and make you pay for mailing and other items bought an h7 they started smoking and shifted in to 1st by itself and took off (like a foot and fell over) with the kick stand down and they can't figure it out fair enough but all happened before first payment due now 2 payment due and they said they were sending a check 2.5 weeks ago and still no check sent out at keeling no getting anything except maybe a email a week from Judy now and if you call in expect at least a 30 min to hour wait at all times!

Is there anyone else out here that has a ZX4RR spinning rod bearings? I am totally unhappy with Kawasaki Motors and said motorcycle. Bought one brand new in May of last year, by September of last year, about 2000 miles in, THE ENGINE BLEW!!! Took it to the dealer where I bought it at (Greater Boston Motorsports in Arlington, MA) to have it repaired, hopefully under warranty. The dealer is waiting from parts from Kawasaki, didn't receive the last bit of it since about 2 months ago. Kawasaki claims they cannot control dealer scheduling. Basically it is a back and forth, pointing fingers at each other. Dealer says I should stay on top of Kawasaki for not backing up their product. Every time I reach out to Kawasaki (and are on hold for an eternity? they call the dealer just to tell me what the dealer has already told me. Kawasaki refuses to tell me if it's a common failure on their ZX4 line. The cherry on top, I just got off the phone with them and asked if they were willing to buy their product back from me since I am unhappy with and it is unreliable; "We are sorry, we don't have a buy back program." That said this is my last time buying a Kawasaki manufactured or powered anything evere again in my life. Hopefully you never have to deal with the manufacturer regarding any of their products; if so good luck, trust me you will need it. I will just go to the competition next time, plenty of manufacturers have better reliability track record than them, including Honda, Suzuki and Yamaha. Hopefully this post saves you guys some trouble.

Ive got a request for the engineering team regarding a product update to the Kawasaki Voyager. We need a new bluetooth audio head unit with a 4 × 100 watt amplifier and 6.5 inch stock speakers. We would like to see a new electric Voyager with a transmission free 100 HP & 100 ft/lb of torque electric motor with regenerative braking. Would it be possible to give the vehicle a 500 mile range with current battery technology and a 850 lb curb weight? There is also interest in adding an electric reverse and a 3 wheeled trike model. Thanks,Facebook Kawasaki Voyager Focus Group

Kawasaki Motors Corporation U.S.A. is an incredible corporation that provides public safety agencies and recreational enthusiasts with great equipment! We appreciate their efforts for public safety agency personnel who use a very safe Jet Ski for rescue and patrol work to assist those in need. If you want a dirtbike or roadbike or any type of offroad vehicle they make, Kawasaki has dealerships all over the USA and the world to supply you with the best equipment. They have a knowledgeable mechanic program for assisting their dealerships. Kawasaki started the Jet Ski craze in 1974 and we have never lost the 'Jet Ski Fever!'
