“Bijay and Sita Gurung as loan officers made my home buying process smooth. All loan processes are different, they helped me personalise my loan application with appropriate documents and helped me secure my loan. The lender was unable to give me the total loan amount as agreed to me by my loan officers, this update was finalised only couple of days before my closing (buying date), and had to manage 6% (50K) more down payment in just 4 days. For the future home buyer, just not to get a 11th hour “mild heart attack” as mine, I recommend that you finalise the closest to real loan amount upfront. Overall, I found Bijay and Sita Gurung very experienced, they were transparent throughout my loan journey and easy to communicate with.”
