The staff at Restore Motion was extremely friendly and helpful. From the appointment to billing everything went very smoothly. They made renting a Passive Motion Machine and buying an ice therapy machine piece of cake. They delivered product to the door and set up. They walked through how to use both machines and the first session had no problems. They were knowledgeable and professional. The organization advised of physician orders and potential out of pocket expense for items ordered. Delivery was great and product helpful in recovery. The entire process from identify the best suiting product to placing order and having a visiting technician fit and demonstrate the brace was satisfactory. They were attentive, patient and very nice. Their willingness to accommodate a hectic schedule was appreciated.
What a scam, I trusted my doctor who provided me a DMG and Restore Motion is billing insurance 10x the retail... which is partially a symptom of the broken healthcare system, but it's just disheartening to see a company so obviously ripping off insurance companies and consumers.

Recieved a bill from company that I never used stati g they would add penalty for late payment. HUGE SCAM
