“Just an update from my review a year ago as of things have slightly changed for our household. Now both of my sons attend. Each in their respective class for their age group and both my husband and I could not be happier. Both of our children are thriving and doing well. We can see their growth in leaps and bounds. Ms. Dora in nido class aka the infant class, has been so warm and welcoming. Her and the entire nido team have been amazing with my baby adjust and integrate into the class. While my toddler who will be moving up to the next class has continue to thrive and grow with the help of Ms. Ashley and Ms. Rozzy. I cannot describe how amazing this school is. Even with the numerous suddenly resignation of staff across the board, our children's teachers have maintained to be rock solid and really ensure the kids day to day is not disrupted. The new head and assistant admin have been kind and great with all of questions and concerns. We have been there for over a year now and even though there have been a couple of extremely rough patches, I'm happy we stayed.”

“I like Kiddie Academy because of the people who work there — they are very welcoming and friendly, and the teachers are caring and attentive. I really like the atmosphere: it feels cozy and very clean. I also want to especially mention their app, through which they send all the information about the child throughout the day. It answers so many questions right away and makes communication very convenient.

“My oldest has been coming to GFM Woodbury since she was two y/o, and I will be forever grateful to the staff there. Ms. Patty (Toddler) and Ms. Viji (Primary) are amazing teachers, who we've been lucky enough to get to know over the years. They are so kind, caring and thoughtful, which has given me peace of mind as a working parent. Ms. Patty helped my daughter grow to love her first school/daycare experience and helped potty train her. Then when she advanced to Primary, Ms. Viji taught her how to read and write! In addition to teaching a classroom of students, Ms. Viji still individualizes each child’s learning path. I'm beyond impressed and thankful to both of these teachers, who work very hard and consistently prioritize their students' safety and well being. On top of fantastic teachers, GFM Woodbury also has the most wonderful team supporting the classes (Ms. Tina, Ms. Carrie), the front desk (Laure, Perla) and HQ kitchen (Chef Arnold and Chandler). They are all just as kind as they are professional and experts in their roles. I can’t thank each of them enough.”

“My 4 year old daughter has been going to GFM - Northwood for almost 3 months now and we absolutely love it here. She has bad separation anxiety and the entire staff has been so understanding, patient and kind while helping her work through it. It is not only a nurturing environment where children can learn, explore, and further develop their skills, but also a place where teachers genuinely care about each child’s overall well-being. Every morning, I drop my daughter off with peace of mind, knowing she is in good hands and receiving excellent care while I am at work.”

“My daughter has been coming here for about a year. She’s autistic, and she’s always had a little trouble making friends and listening to teachers. Mrs. Kristin is fantastic when it comes to harnessing her intelligence and making her feel included. Drop off and pick up times are extremely flexible as well.”

“Our daughter started at ICNS shortly after she turned 3 and it has been absolutely wonderful for her. I fell in love with the school and teachers instantly. My daughter loves being outside, and getting messy, and that is a big part of their day. Everything about the school is set up for young children to play, explore and learn new skills.

Our child has grown both emotionally and socially since she began attending and we are very thankful for the community that the school provides. The teachers are incredible and you can tell they love what they do. Ms. Donna and Ms. Bushra get to know each child, and family, so well and it shows in each interaction they have. I have also learned a lot as a parent through watching the teachers and the days in which I volunteer.

Since parents are involved in the school you really feel a sense of community and find that other parents sincerely care about the well being of your child. I feel confident each time I drop her off for her school day and she is always excited. She is about to return for her second year and has asked “when does school start” all summer long. We just had our second baby and we plan to send him to ICNS as well.”

“If you’re looking for a place for your kid to learn while playing, this is it! We did the parent and me classes here and then moved on to 3 year old class which was an amazingly easy transition in terms of separation anxiety. The number of teachers and working parents to kids ratio is excellent as well, with typically 2 teachers and 2 working parents, so one grown up per 4-5 kids. Teachers are all amazing and nice too, our son had a hard time telling us who was his favorite and normally naming all of them. As a parent you also get to be in the classroom with the kids 1-3 times a month, which is great!”

“Our daughter attended LePort Montessori Orchard Hills for four months, and it was her very first preschool experience. As parents, we were initially worried about the language barrier and whether she would be able to adjust comfortably. However, thanks to the incredible care and support from the teachers, especially Ms. Dilusha, my daughter adapted much faster than we ever expected.

Ms. Dilusha was exceptionally patient, kind, and attentive throughout the transition. The other teachers and staff were also warm, caring, and genuinely invested in the children’s well-being. Their nurturing environment helped my daughter feel safe, confident, and excited to go to school every day.

“Guidepost at Alicia is an incredible school. They believe deeply in Montessori practices and root their structures in that, while at the same time accommodating to meet individual needs. I’ve been very grateful for the unconditional love they are willing to show my child and the positive welcome he receives each day. The toddler classroom teacher and the head of school are both great communicators and I appreciate all they do to make their program work for each child. I highly recommend this school!”

“Country Village is such a special place. All 3 of my girls went to country village and absolutely loved it. The staff were all so loving and friendly incredible teachers. My girls were all very well prepared for kindergarten. During the summer breaks my girls always want to go back to say hi to all of their favorites even my daughter going into 9th grade, that’s says a lot! I 100% recommend Country Village RSM!”

“If you’re looking for a preschool that feels like an extension of your family, WCS is it! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and genuine care that sets this school apart. The small classroom setting creates a close-knit atmosphere where every child is known and cherished—not just by their teachers, but by every staff member, including the director, assistant director, and even the cook. It’s incredible to see how much they care, greeting us each morning with excitement as if they’ve been waiting all day just to see my daughter.

The director, Sheila, is the most understanding and caring preschool director I’ve ever encountered. She truly adores the kids and knows every single one by name. “I LOVE Kindercare!!! I’m a teacher, so when looking for daycares for my twins, I made a point to read reviews and ask questions as well as really being observant about how the teachers and kiddos behave.

1) the previous reviews stating how happy people are with Kindercare is spot on!

2) it says a lot about a place when teachers hangout on their breaks in the head honchos office. It’s very clear they respect and love the two head ladies of the facility.

3) my twins have been attending Kindercare since 6 months old. I have been VERY happy with the love and care given to them. I trust everyone at Kindercare fully.

As a credentialed teacher and with a masters in teaching, I can easily say that Kindercare is a lovely/wonderful/fun/fulfilling place to send your child. My twins smile and squeal every time we open the doors to the facility.”

“If you are looking for true fellowship and a place to call your home church, then Grace Harbor is the church for you :)I have nothing to say about the school portion of the church, as my daughter neve attended. But as far as the church portion goes, we really loved attending here :) We were treated like family and to this day I am still friends with many of the members we met there :) I see pastor Fred from time to time at our Chiropractor and he ALWAYS gives us the biggest and best hugs :) I was sad to have moved out of the area for a while, which was the reason for our leaving the church. I am still on the church prayer email list and am happy to be able to "Attend" online when I am able to :) The church services themselves are smaller (less then 150) so it really feels like family and you don't get "lost in the crowd".”

“This is an amazing place to send your kiddos! My child started going when he was 18 months. Before this he was at an in home daycare and we felt like he was starting to fall behind with speech and walking. Within a few weeks, village turned things around. Ms Marieva, Estephanie, Naghma from the infant room made us feel comfortable during our first two tours and even had him join a circle time before we committed and a meet and greet before he started. The teachers are so loving, kind but also firm. Regardless of what time of day we stopped by, the kids were well tempered and the teachers were calm. They also had a lot of crafts and fun pictures to take home.

He moved up to the 2-3 class and Ms Lauren and Monika made it a smooth transition for him! They have Montessori time each day to choose and complete activities, tons of art and time playing outside.

The owners Sam and Nayna are the cherry on top. They know all the kids and parents, are never too busy to chat or ask questions and didn’t pressure us at all when we were touring, they wanted to make sure it was a good fit both ways. They proactively communicate and plan fun events for the entire school. In fact, teachers on a daily basis were highly communicative letting us know if they didn’t eat much (in the infant class), why they changed their clothes if dirty and if they seemed to feeling under the weather. Highly recommend this place, you will not regret it!!”

“We have absolutely loved our experience at New Thought Montessori in Lake Forest! My son started when he was just 2.5 years old and is now completing his second year, and the growth we’ve seen in him has been incredible—socially, emotionally, and academically.
This is a true, authentic Montessori program, not just a school using the name. The environment, materials, and teaching approach clearly reflect real Montessori principles, and it has made such a positive difference in my son’s independence and confidence.
