Sonterra at Foothill Ranch Apartments is a wonderful, safe, and comfortable community offered at a reasonable price. Residents describe it as a great, quiet, and peaceful place to live with a very welcoming atmosphere. The grounds are well kept and clean. Amenities include a 24-hour gym, which is appreciated. The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and caring, with the leasing office team being more than kind, informative, and professional. The maintenance team is nice, cool, and quick to respond. The apartment move-in and transfer processes are made very easy, smooth, and stress-free by staff who go above and beyond, explain everything thoroughly, and make residents feel supported and like family. It is a highly recommended complex. A noted downside is the lack of an access code for friends, family, and delivery drivers.

Getting kinda close to my 1 year here and I’ve been very happy here. Only downsides is no access code for friends, family, and delivery drivers. Other than that it’s been pretty quiet and well kept.
