I’ve had a terrible experience with the bakery department recently. They’ve become incredibly unreliable and no longer fulfill orders as they once did. I used to order cakes regularly, and they were always fantastic, but over the past year, they’ve been consistently canceling my orders on the day of with no proper notice. I've placed orders three times, on different occasions, and each one was canceled. Today, I decided to visit in person, and they told me they were fully booked for a cake order I had requested for Monday (six days in advance!) It’s very disappointing, especially after such great service in the past.

How much money you spent to put all these self checkout lines. And only have 3 open and only 15 items or less. With 2 checkers open and they are the slowest moving people ever!!!! Do better Walmart!!!! You already have people at doors checking recepts. Not like people can steal through self checkout. Open them back up!!!!! To everyone .

Used to come here a lot more often, now a days there are no checkers and no one to help you. If I can shop somewhere else for cheaper I will. -Rick Vandenburg

A few weeks ago I'm shopping in Walmart as I do every week for groceries. This trip was different. My 3 year old granddaughter was throwing a fit and screaming/crying. A women approached and asked if she could help. I told her no and thanked her for caring. "Karen", started saying things like " maybe I should take the baby", I'm going to follow you while you shop to be sure everything is fine", " maybe I should call CPS"and she proceeded to approach my granddaughter as if to pick her up from the cart. Everyone was loud, a crowd circled us in support, and people started filming with cell phones. After I threatened to call 911 and reached for my cell, she went to customer service to complain. Not one time did an employee step in to help, even with the loud yelling and crowd forming in the store. Shop at your own risk.

I'm not sure what changed since I went to Walmart last but I just had the most pleasant Walmart experience I have ever had. Everyone was super kind, helpful, and there were no lines because of all of the cashiers ready to help customers. I hope that my next experience is as great as today was. Tell your employees that they did a great job today.

Unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience at this location with the HR department a lady name Kelly she is blonde and over weight lady (white) I am not sure why she was so rude to me and didn't even make eye contact when answering me so disrespectful I hope the store manager (shabnam) takes care of this matter and consider swapping this old lady with a younger employee because her attitude came off as extreme racist towards me and I was very professional and polite not only I deserved that but nobody in the future needs that hate and negative experience

Most horrible place on earth. Disorganized, rude employees, lack of staff, return policies that pertains only to this store.. bad products (spoiled food, fruits, etc..).

If you're applying to this Walmart beware that they will not hire you if you have misdemeanors. They will shine you on for a couple of weeks and tell you that it's for some other reason. Even though you already know because the background check informs you before they do. They only pay 17 dollars an hour and act like you are being hired for a top secret government job. No wonder the caliber employees there are sub par at best. Anyway just a warning for anyone thinking about wasting their valuable time.

This place won't answer your calls and will not provide any customer service. I ordered the custom cake and needed to talk to baker. Well, I called more than 50 times from morning to evening and they will never answer my calls. At this point, I don't know if they are coming through with my cake or not... it's ridiculous.

I don't know who decided to give the customers at self checkout the option of PRINTED or EMAILED or BOTH..PRINTED AND EMAILED, but when you opt for email, so not to waste paper AND you do not have your phone on you.... YOU WILL BE HARRASSED LEAVING BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. Come on, Management, you are setting up the person at the door for conflicts, GET RID OF THE "NO RECEIPT" option or get rid of the person at the door!

As of today, there was no self check out. It was a 10 min wait with a cashier. Will be using drive up from now on.

I needed new tires and nobody had them in stock so I had to order them online from Walmart. I made an install appt 2 weeks in advance for their first available time. Expected it would take an hour. I arrived early to make sure nobody got ahead of me. The car has been on the lift for an hour and the techs are walking around doing nothing. How do these people stay in business? It is my fault for expecting more.

Worst customer service. The auto care center is the worst. Very bad management lazy employees, most of them don't even know what are they doing. They sell you the road hazard warranty, after getting a flat I got there around 11 am to get it fixed, they told me I have to make an appointment cause they are fully booked can't take my car in for they day. The manager was hiding behind the counter and telling an employee they can't repair a flat tire which takes 15 min tops to repair. So I made an appointment for next day I came in 15 min prior to my appointment they signed me up and they took my car for service 2 hours after my appointment I end up staying almost 3 hours. No manager checks up on these guys. The worst experience ever.

Customer service sucks, guy who helped me in electronics seemed zoned out problably faded and couldn't even match price item and told me to comeback the next day.
