I was having a problem with my service and I talked to Tyler and he was extremely helpful and had a guy come out that same day Ian was exceptional he explained everything to us and he moved the router for better WiFi and explained how to make sure my phone and tv and iPad was up and running before he left I truly appreciate such great service, I have never had such great WiFi throughout the house Thank you so much for such amazing people

New internet setup, quick and easy! The tech had to dig around to find the wire which had been cut and buried during renovations and he got us up and running no problem.

I've only just set up service and only used it for a day, but customer service to get everything set up was excellent. The equipment was plug and play without issues. I can't comment yet on reliability of service, but the speed seems to be excellent so far on the 75Mbps plan. I'll update this review once I've had service for a few months.

I will be moving to Foresthill soon and am setting up all the utilities. This was my first time working with a non major internet provider (AT&T, Comcast, etc). I have not used the service yet (installation is in two weeks), but I can confirm their customer service is AMAZING! Very easy to get someone on the phone and answer all my questions.

Absolutely great service from Sebastian! We had a need for temporary internet for a race finish line and they were able to get us exactly what we needed. We successfully streamed a live video feed for 8 hours while still utilizing the internet for content uploading. We will definitely be using Sebastian any time we are in the area!

Was having a mysterious issue with download speeds dropping from 30Mbps down to 2. Emailed into the local Sebastian support group and received a response super quick. Worked with Tyler S and he was able to get me a solution pronto so I could get back to work.Tyler helped me get back up and running and back to work during a big project. If I could give more stars in this review I would. Cheers to you sir! You're a lifesaver. Thanks Sebastian for having great people like Tyler in your tech department.

Being new to this platform and lots of questions, I have found customer service to be very patient and understanding. The email platform for business is able to service our needs without fears of security breeches and selling information. That alone is a huge consideration when choosing Sebastian as both individual and business communication. I would however like to see BCC on email options and more emojis to choose from.

We recently moved to the area and needed new internet service. A couple of weeks before the move I contacted Sebastian with questions about starting new service. I received a prompt reply from Tyler who was very friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. When it came time to move and start the service, I met Tyler at Sebastian to pick up my equipment. Tyler gave me very clear instructions on how to hook up the equipment and made himself available to answer any additional questions or provide technical support if needed. He also recommended a mesh system to make sure I had coverage throughout the house, which I purchased. Thanks to Tyler’s clear instructions, I was able to get the service up and running with no problems. I work from home and have had no issues and the coverage has been great. I would highly recommend Sebastian and am thankful for Tyler and his amazing customer service.
