“Fort Bragg Transmission & Auto is a clean, efficient shop. The staff provides friendly, straightforward, and honest communication. Our family trusts them with the maintenance of all our vehicles.”
“Shout out to Angel’s. They tried to help me out tonight with a last minute tire repair. I’m not a local and passing through. I tried the other tire locations in town and they were quick to dismiss but these guys really tried to help! TY for your support, it’s appreciated.”
“Got my van in for an oil change and everything went smoothly. I forgot to get my loyalty card punched (get 5 oil changes and the 6th is free), but when I went back in they punched it for me. Very happy with my car, and everyone is very nice.”
“I brought my car in because the battery was continuously draining. Greg and Kyle at Fort Bragg Towing and Auto Repair did an amazing job of figuring out what was wrong, then fixing all of the different issues. I am incredibly grateful to have a great a reliable car service provider in Fort Bragg!”
“Great service when we really needed it!
We broke down in Westport, CA on a Friday afternoon and had to get the car towed into Fort Bragg. Eric at E&B Auto ordered the parts right away and made our repair a priority so we could get back on the road. We ended up staying an extra night at a hotel, but he rushed the job and had our brakes replaced and the car ready by Monday morning.
Really appreciated Eric going the extra mile to help us out when we were in a tough spot. It's hard to find reliable mechanics, especially when you're stranded away from home. Would definitely recommend!”
“Great shop! Friendly and efficient. The price I paid was the price they quoted. I went in for a smog certificate. When I showed up for the appointment they were ready, and went right to work. I was in and out within 20 minutes. You gotta love that!
Thank you Mendocino Auto :)”
“My friend and I ran into some problems with my 2007 Toyota Yaris driving up from the SF Bay Area. Weird sounds turning left on windy curves and leaking water on the passenger side from a clogged AC drain. We had the great good fortune of getting help from Rylan Goble, the owner at The Shop. He very kindly offered to take it for a spin to test it out. He not only is extremely car savvy but too huge plusses: 1) he's a very good communicator and 2) he's a very good teacher.
Thank you so much Rylan for your invaluable help, and reassurance that I could make it back home ok. The peace of mind is priceless. Highly recommended for any and all auto issues.”
“My partner and I drove into town on a Saturday for our anniversary and right when we got in our check engine light came on. NONE of the auto shops were open (google's a liar) except for Toscanos. We went first to O'Riley's to get a diagnostic test run (our mass air flow censor was messed up) then drove all over trying to find a mechanic. We pulled up and Fermiére (apologies if this is the improper spelling) showed us how to pull out and clean out the part we needed to free of charge. So generous and greatly appreciated by us, especially with how bad it could have been for us to be stranded there so far from home. We appreciated it so much!! Thank you Toscanos !!”
“Trevor does a careful and thoughtful job working on your engine/car. He keeps it running in top performance. He's worth every penny. You're lucky to get an appointment with him.”
“We were having issues with our car. Worst part we were out of town. AAA said it was the battery. O'Reilly's said it was the alternator. My husband found Adam's Tire & Auto service online. Had great reviews, so we decided to try. Appointment wasn't until 3pm, but we went early hoping he could squeeze us in. We were in luck. He figured out it was a lose cable on the battery. We were so grateful he figured it out and Adam saved the day in about 15 minutes. Bravo Adam!”
