Clean, efficient, honest, transparent, and excellent work! I'm so happy they found the problem others had overlooked and finally fixed what turned out to be a very hazardous problem! The price was normal for the area, and I knew they did their best to keep the cost within my tight budget. Big plus: they have at least one lift that can handle a huge, heavy vehicle!”

“Dave & his team were fantastic. My 2001 Ford Expedition ignition switch broke 50 miles from Fort Bragg. As soon as I was towed in their technicians began the repairs & replacement. They even gave me a complimentary ride back to Van Damme State Park where I was camping. They kept me informed of progress & a new Ford tumbler was ordered & installed in 3 days - so quick. I had to get tires on two cars and they worked with me on price and my tight schedule. These days its hard to find businesses that provide amazing service, fair prices and kind personal attention. “Great service when we really needed it!
We broke down in Westport, CA on a Friday afternoon and had to get the car towed into Fort Bragg. Eric at E&B Auto ordered the parts right away and made our repair a priority so we could get back on the road. We ended up staying an extra night at a hotel, but he rushed the job and had our brakes replaced and the car ready by Monday morning.
Really appreciated Eric going the extra mile to help us out when we were in a tough spot. It's hard to find reliable mechanics, especially when you're stranded away from home. Would definitely recommend!”

“Our rv vehicle got stuck and didn't start again.
An angel called Terry Kelly not only fixed it with a big smile after well checking all over - he even offered to find a proper safe place for us to stay overnight, as it was quite late , and also made sure to see we drive there safely and asked us to promis him to give him a call in case the rv will refuse running again.
Really exciting it was, we both thank Terry Kelly with all our heart.”

“My partner and I drove into town on a Saturday for our anniversary and right when we got in our check engine light came on. NONE of the auto shops were open (google's a liar) except for Toscanos. We went first to O'Riley's to get a diagnostic test run (our mass air flow censor was messed up) then drove all over trying to find a mechanic. We pulled up and Fermiére (apologies if this is the improper spelling) showed us how to pull out and clean out the part we needed to free of charge. So generous and greatly appreciated by us, especially with how bad it could have been for us to be stranded there so far from home. We appreciated it so much!! Thank you Toscanos !!”

“We had our ‘70 Vw camper bus battery die 10 miles east of Mendocino. I decided to get us towed to the shop in Fort Bragg. We slept the night and in the morning talked to Ryland. He informed me that unfortunately he didn’t have time to do an alternator swap that day as he had a full day of cars to finish up. He happily agreed to hook my battery up to the charger so I could get to the next shop. We were able to make our bike rail skunk train ride while the battery was charging at the shop. When we got back, he informed us that he went ahead and looked around and found our alternator wire had fallen off and that we were good to go. he also tightened up our alternator belt as he found it to be loose. I give this Shop 11 stars. Ryland is a generous soul.”
