Yesterday I took my car to the car wash by Safeway. I drove up to have my 1999 Buick century washed by the attendant. They couldn't wash it, they said. It was too dirty!! Seriously!!! We hadn't used the car for about 3 months, while my husband was in treatment for a quadruple bypass and it got leaves on it while it sat. They told me that the leaves and debris would dirty up their car wash and I should take it home and hose it down. I kid you not!

Family member came in asking for prices , they then hit them with the "we're fully booked up" how could possibly be fully booked for months when you live in a town the size of a quarter.. hilariousss !! Love the professionalism (sarcasm) it was obvious what they said was a lie ..

I'm very pleased with the service and the product performance I've received from Classic Car Care. After an initial inspection of my car's condition, an appointment was made for a polycoat application in hopes it would help my vehicle to stand a chance against the elements in the location where it is situated, sans garage. The service was prompt, courteous, knowledgable and thorough; and the owner was helpful beyond expectation -- giving me a ride in the rain for pick-up and retrieval. The polycoat seems to be standing up to the brunt of the weather we endure, and I would gladly recommend the business to others.

Worst car wash ever. It costs $2.75 for 4 minutes and then $.25 for each extra 1/3 min. The water was cold and didn't get lukewarm until my 4 minutes were almost up. There's no warning as your seconds are counting down, so the machine shut down while my vehicle was still soapy, forcing me to pay another $2.75 or rinse elsewhere. Most frustrating of all--there are no trash cans on the property, so you can't even clean out your vehicle if you decide to use their crappy, overpriced vacuums.

Rarely have I felt this ripped off. AVOID USING AT ALL COST. $360 to "clay bar" and wash just the outside of my (extremely) clean car. I asked for a cut and buff, and, not realizing they only washed and used a clay, I PAID $360. The car looked like it had just been washed....that is it! Went back to clarify what they had done....No cut, No buff, the paint barely looked better at all! The paint is/was not faded, not in bad shape in anyway, either before or after the $360 charge. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!
