All the employees are efficient but for years I have had Logan as my agent. He knows his customers well and what they need and he is extremely efficient in his job. He is so personable to customers as well as his support staff.

Henry at this store sold me a bum prepaid SIM card that doesn’t even work. It cost me a week of work to be without service and he will not even refund my $100+. Do not trust this store! They will sell you anything for their commissions with no concern about actually providing viable products.

Had a great experience at this store today. On vacation and my iPad froze up and lost cellular connection due to poor cellular service while automatically updating. Henry was amazing in tracking down the issue and worked with corporate Verizon for 35-45 minutes to reset and get us back in working order. Thank you Henry for your amazing service!!

Terrible managers make terrible stores.Update: Victra is the problem, only go to real Verizon stores. The store in Ukiah, by Walmart (the store in ukiah by ross is also victra), had great service. Highly recommend handling business across the hill or online.Edit: I went in today to figure out the issue, as this reply said they wanted to resolve it. I was disappointed that their initiated conversation was hostile, as I was hoping we could rectify the issue and move on. The manager showed no desire to help and the one employee that originally was helpful decided the help ended on my last visit. I'll admit to being frustrated both today and yesterday by being denied service and lied to by multiple people yesterday, but trying to make amends on a fresh day and being met with hostility isn't the way to win a customer back.They're also not returning the ordered phone that is linked to me, nor providing it to me, which has locked me out of being able to initiate my own upgrade on my account.

Henry was very knowledgeable and he set up everything for us in the store. Excellent excellent experience. He made the whole experience of upgrading our phones very pleasant. Totally amazing service. Wow.

Logan was awesome! Super helpful and fast! He was not only helping me but 2 other customers all at once and we were all done at almost the exact time! And he gave each one of us excellent service! Multi tasking at its finest!

Logan was so helpful & patient w/me. I saw him dealing w/2 other older ppl and he taught us all something that we should already know. You should teach a class in customer service. Will gladly deal with this store again because the other employee-Adrian or Jose was great too. Sorry Jose, had to throw that in. Thank you!

Had to buy a new phone today. So happy with the service I received from Logan, who helped me from 2:00 until 4:00 pm. He was friendly and very patient with all of my questions about the new phone, and, didn't make fun of me for forgetting my password. José finished the transfer of content from my old phone to the new one, which took until 5:45 to complete. He was very helpful in making sure I knew how to open the screen, find transferred content, connecting my headset, and, that I was comfortable leaving the store and able to use my new phone. I really feel that I got the best customer service possible from both young gentlemen.

Henry was amazing and extremely helpful. He ordered the exact phone I needed and set me up with an iPad on the spot and even set it up for me. He was very conversational and made the whole experience very pleasant. He was upfront about how much things will cost and checked to see if I could get a discount beforehand. I usually do everything online but after todays experience I will be going into our local Verizon any need we have, thanks to Henry.

Expect to be completely ignored and not acknowledged by the store staff. I was ready to get a new iPhone and switch my carrier to Verizon but after waiting and being ignored, I walked out never to return

The store staff was great and I cannot ask for anything better from them. However, the fact that you rely on a 3rd party fraud department who has employees who are not good customer service people is suspect. I was completely turned off from the way the fraud dept woman talked to both myself and Jose. If there was another service that worked nearly as well as Verizon’s in my area the attitude she had would have pushed me to that service. What makes it even worse is that she told both myself and Jose she could not give any reason why my account was being canceled. Once I contacted corporate and voiced my concerns the fraud department says all they need is a few more documents; I already gave my business license when I went in the store. So instead of just telling me that, the fraud dept woman gave me nothing but attitude and stressed me out thinking I couldn’t get this account after almost a decade of utilizing your services. Had she just said send me these additional documents my experience would have been much smoother. Thanks-Ryder

On multiple visits to this store over the past 2 or 3 years to purchase phones, deal with broken screen protectors and so on, my wife and I have found the personnel to be very helpful, very informative and generally kind. I have been using Apple products for 44 years and am very aware of prices, discounts, technical issues, etc. The employees are honest, helpful and try to get me the best deal.
