“Despite the abundance of negative reviews, our experience at this charming little shop was refreshingly positive. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even staying open later than neighboring stores. We stumbled upon some fantastic deals on certain racks, and given the sudden drop in temperature, each of us ended up purchasing a sweatshirt. Not only did the owner share intriguing snippets of the town's history, but they also allowed us to try on the sweatshirts before making our choices. Our visit here was a delightful combination of hospitality, and historical insight.”

She said she spoke with the owner and they were going to honor the refund of my purchase. This is true customer care and I appreciate the service. When I returned for my refund, I inquired about some backpacking equipment that I was researching and found out that Heather is a backpacker with great knowledge about the hobby. I'm happy to say I plan to continue shopping at this store and will recommend it to anyone who is looking for outdoor gear.”
