We came out to Fort Bragg to spend a month. First day I realized I’d forgotten a critical medication. I called MELISSA at CVS in Fort Bragg and she was so helpful. She filled the script within minutes and even though my insurance company refused to cover it since the meds were at home. She helped me get a discount so that I could buy medication. She was so positive upbeat and helpful, you can bet we will be shopping there anytime we are in Fort Bragg.

Trying to get a simple prescription filled, nothing but road blocks. I don't think anyone in this store wants to work. So rude

Fort Bragg CVS. HORRIBLE!! I can't say horrible enough! Very very rude, loud, insulting, and down right mean to customers! That is just the cashier we delt with. She really needs an attitude adjustment. She's the kind of person who doesn't need to be working with the public! AT ALL!!! Besides that, the shelves were empty. Unkempt, dirty, and discusting. The windows were so dirty nobody could even see out of them. I sincerely hope this store closes up. I'm surprised anyone goes there. We were just passing through Fort Bragg and only stayed a couple of days. Every other store we went to was just fine. Nice people and very helpful. JUST NOT AT CVS! Everyone, if you want to maintain your sanity, do not visit this store EVER!!!

I was a long time CVS customer that stopped going due to the state of the store in Sacramento. Every visit in last 4 yrs. the store had empty shelves, high prices, everything in disarray — like it had been looted. Recently stopped into CVS in Fort Bragg on vacation & immediately walked out because it looked like same zombie apocalypse store as in Sac. We went to Safeway for same items at better price. Next day, emergency required Neosporin. Turns out I can buy 4 bigger tubes of on Amazon for less than one small tube at CVS. Wont be back.

OCT 16th 2023: Terrible service. Every time I have been here I have had horrid service. Not really what one wants when you rely on a rural service. Preferential treatment to locals no exception. The staff they hire to work here are generally under qualified and lack customer service. There was an Asian lady who was an Angry Pharmacist.

IMPROVAL UPDATE

The foreign lady who works at the pharmacy is very judgmental don’t get your prescriptions there unless you want to be discriminated by your appearance or for what the doctor has prescribed to you . She had the audacity to tell me I didn’t need that form of prescription I was prescribed by the ER and denied me from getting my prescription

I had a 4:30 appointment for a COVID booster and an RSV at the Fort Bragg pharmacy today-October 20, 2023.\nYour pharmacist is very angry and hateful. She would not administer the Booster because I had COVID 6 weeks ago. She blamed me for negating a booster. I said they should have asked that question when I scheduled the appointment. I live in Gualala and drove over an hour to get to the pharmacy. I asked her if she was going to administer the RSV. Evidently, she had no record of it. I had to return to my car and get the confirmation printout showing I had an RSV scheduled. During all this time she was helping a woman who had no current prescriptions and did not have an appointment. After waiting 15 minutes more, after offering proof that I had RSV confirmed, I decided to leave. I really did not want to have the nutty woman jab me with a needle. I will contact my insurance company to ensure i wasn't charged. Good luck with your pharmacist.

There seems to be a positive change at this store site. New & Friendlier cashiers and they are eager to help. I feel welcomed-- The Store is cleaner. Your pharmacy staff have always been patient and kind.

We are visiting fromOut of state andCould not refill a lyrica prescription before we left due to refill date but we had it transferred from our cvs to fort Bragg, last yr no problem , but this year the new pharmacist refused to fill it even after our doctor and our cvs call.and that means he has to go without his medication for the next 7 days all because she refuses to fill out of state prescription! That is just wrong! If all the pharmacies refused to fill a prescription if you are from out of state no one could travel! You can do better than this CVS, and specifically the pharmacist!
