I hate talking to a fake voice so much, wanting to “collect a few details” on and on and on, and on, before I am allowed to speak to a person. And not someone in the local location as promised. I will never use Enterprise if I absolutely don’t have to.

My rental situation didn't exactly start out on the right foot but after I expressed my concerns to the management, they stepped up and corrected the issues and made it right and the young lady I dealt with at the Ft.Bragg location sincerely apologized. Thank you Enterprise.

Terrible experience. Horrible staff. Egregiously unfriendly and uncommodating. I'm glad to see so many negative reviews because this location deserves them. All you need to do is look at this site and see the measure of negative feedback. Any positive reviews were from years ago. I made reservations well in advance. Firmly believe they didn't have a vehicle for me whatsoever and made me to feel that it was my fault for not having "proper" documentation (I later found out is unessential to the policy). Something's gone wrong at this location and it's evident from the alarming amount of negative comments here.

Terrible business. False claims, false promises. False reservations. Uninformative as to documents that are needed. Insufficient help from staff. Terrible staff. Rude, unhelpful. Ruined my family's trip as well as all reservations and tickets we had planned for the event. Jamie (insisted one minute that she had a vehicle for me, showed me the one car they had in the lot, wasn't nice, then didn't honor my reservation wouldn't allow me to present the proper documentation) Instead rented my vehicle to someone I was informed was a friend of hers(preferred customer) basically notifying my entire families trip. Jamie is the worst employee of any business that I've ever been to.

I rented a car here and I was worried about the details but they were all very helpful, especially Jaimie who processed my rental and they even had tea which is amazing.

Was 10 minutes lates on drop off because I put gas in the car and they charged me an entire second day rental. These guys are crooks.

Quite disappointed. This location is very short staffed. It's frustrating and time-wasting trying to talk with staff. They are nice enough but often not available when needed. Be ready to experience long hold times, if you can even get through. Location is not open on weekends. Available inventory of vehicles is limited. I guess those are a few of the pitfalls of being located in a small coastal community.

Told me if I was not a "local", they would only accept a credit card. What kind of 1950s language is that? I just recently moved here. I work here. My driver's license is not from CA, so I'm considered not a "local". Better customer service terms/language is needed at this location.

Rented a car from our local Enterprise (great experience). Visiting family 550 miles from home, and the "check engine light" comes on. Only this Enterprise is nearby, Leigha, the only employee working here, says she has no cars at this time but will work on getting us a car and will call us back. I give her the benefit of the doubt and give her the rest of the day and all of the next day. The next morning after hearing nothing, I call Leigha back and all she says is "oh yeah, so I have no cars coming in all this week. You should go to one of the airports". The nearest major airport is 130 miles from here, out of my way. Also we were told not to drive the car home as it wouldn't be safe. Basically Leigha didn't follow up and do s*** for us and wiped her hands clean of the situation, and now my family and I feel stranded. We're STILL trying to figure out how we're gonna get home in 2 days. I will definitely be filing a formal complaint with corporate about her.

I have several complaints. With the local office and the manager. The manager should be re trained in proper customer service. Up until my last rental I have been using enterprise for more than 25 years. NEVER AGAIN
