Normally had a decent relationship with them for a while.We had an issue with reconciling our units with their count.They reported quite a lower amount of units compared to Amazons reports. We had attempted to reconcile them but the counts weren't matching up.We were having quite a few back on forths on email that weren't going anywhere, I found the email communication systems they were using extremely difficult to read the threads of communication.Ultimately, what turned me off was after this I requested to get on a phone call with them. The owner was extremely rude in his emails and pretty much told me that they told me how many units I have with them and there is nothing to discuss. Ended up losing a lot of inventory with them and couldn't get on a phone to discuss this further. I understand these things could happen but the way that I was dismissed by the owner and staff was extremely rude. That plus all the inventory that was "lost" in their warehouse. I have clear records and emails from them and reports from Amazon indicating that there was a difference.Anyways, I would never use these guys again. They were incompetent in the way they handled this, communication was horrible and the owner was extremely rude.

FBA Inspection have been very helpful and easy to deal with. There is always somebody on the other line who can assist when you call. Their turn around time and pricing is excellent. We will definitely continue to use them.
