We needed our flat screen TV diagnosed. Steve was very prompt in making contact with us, even calling back after we missed his initial call (good business practice). He was very polite and we will use him again, should the need arise.

I recently bought an old tube amp from 1976, which unfortunately stopped working upon arrival. After looking on google for any amp technicians around Mendocino County (there seemingly aren’t any) I called up Mr. Hansen and asked if he would be able to take a look at it. I dropped it off the same day — the next day it was totally fixed and playing wonderfully. If you need reliable, quick, and cost-efficient electronics repair on the coast, this is the spot.

This guy can fix ANYTHING that's fixable. He's fixed our Miele Vacuum (about 25 years old), our Nakamichi cassette deck (older than the vac), and our antique orange juicer (probably from the 40s). I thought he might not be willing to fix mechanical things, as opposed to electronic things, but he doesn't discriminate. I bet he does have a whole vacant section of the landfill as a result of his work. He's very fast, really into what he does, and super reasonable, too! I hope he keeps at it forever and ever!

Nice guy who fixes things. If I really don't want to throw something out I take it to him to see if it can be fixed.

In begins and ends with the broken switch on my vacuum cleaner. My options -- plug and unplug the vacuum each time I need it, buy a new vacuum cleaner, or call Steve at Hansen's. I am so thankful for the third option. I like my vacuum. I do not like going to the dump and throwing things into that big pile of forever. I am grateful for Hansen's and the fact that there is still someone in my town who will fix the faulty switch on my vacuum. So thank you Steve.
