“I would like to acknowledge the best retail service I have ever experienced from Eva, John, David and Marilyn for being so accommodating. This is a type of store I would gladly patronize over Amazon or B&H Photo even if I had to drive 4 hours to get to. Especially to Eva for making note of my phone questions and setting up the accessories and competitors to the binocular model in question. Their binocular brand selection is the best I have ever seen including the "BIG THREE" of Swarovski, Zeiss and Leica. Absolutely a "pilgrimage" and "iconic" store to go to for stellar service and selection of products. I absolutely love my camera but was absolutely shocked at how much more I use my new found Swarovski toy when hiking and biking. “We visited for the first time today with our baby, and I have to say that all three of us were equally excited! There are toys for truly all ages, and the way that the store is organized with lots of color and fun toys makes you feel giddy. I loved being able to look around and find something perfect for my little one, all while spotting a stuffed animal or two I wish I would have added to my own collection! The staff were super nice and helpful as well. I can't wait to come back when baby is a little older.”

“IMHO I've always like browsing through this colorful store, featuring gorgeous quilts, pretty scarves, Jelly Cat plush, dishes, etc. This visit I found a lovely souvenir Mendocino tee shirt at a very affordable price! It was the best deal I'd found all weekend! Stop in! It's a nice diversion!”
