I don’t know what this community would do without the fine team of (mostly) women who run Mendo Litho. They are more than a business, they are a community hub that posts flyers for fundraising events, lost pets, arts and entertainment events and more in their window. They are resourceful, professional, and have saved most of us who use their printing services’ buns multiple times when it comes to needing help with creative projects. They also carry a great selection of card stock in a multitude of colors, and are incredibly hardworking and kind. We are lucky to have them! If you’re looking for high quality art prints of your work, to print flyers for your garage sale or art opening, or any other idea that strikes your whimsy, Mendo Litho are the OG’s of print in Fort Bragg.

This in many ways is the best print shop around. I also like to use local business when I can. The pricing at Mendo Litho is certainly the best on the Mendo coast. The problem is, that if you are a professional business that does not have all day to get printing done it can be quite frustrating. The main cause of this is that although there are 4 people who work there, only one of them actually knows how to do anything. This means that every time you go in there you will likely end up waiting for a very long time since the one person is the only one who can help anyone. I have tried calling ahead, sending the document the day before, and other tactics but on one will do anything with your stuff until you show up in person. This is particularly frustrating when you don't live in FB. I can not tell you how many times I have drove to FB to get something printed and left empty handed. Today I wanted to proofs printed and waited 30 minutes and finally left without it. I really like all the staff, but no matter how patient I try to be, working with Mendo Litho is very trying experience. I use to print there weekly but I just can't justify all the time that I loose trying to print. So now I mainly print on my own crappy printer even though the quality suffers. I wish owner would teach the other staff members basic printing concepts. Either that or let me on their computers so I could print myself. It is so unfortunate that the staff not trained in printing.
