Classist. They assume anyone that lives in a smaller place isn't capable of maintaining a storage unit. Shallow, NIMBY and rude. If you want to meet a real life Karen, head this way.

Facility was very clean, attractive, and well maintained. If you could rent a space without dealing with either of the couple who own it, this would be a 5 star review. These owners are positively scary, from a personal point of view. I won't elaborate further, but proceed cautiously if you decide to deal with them.

From Pelican Storage
We have 2 locations with rental units, 18350 & 17700 N Highway 1. However, the office is just South of Simpson Lane. Individual unit security alarm system integrated with restricted access electronic gate. Fully fenced and paved. Optional climate controlled units. Gate hours are 7 AM-7 PM 7 days a week.
