Satellite location so no one is ever really there unless you have a reservation. I’d recommend if you make a reservation also make one at Barstow as a backup. My wife was able to get a car here, however I had to call their corporate number and leave voicemails, emails, and eventually beg whoever answered to have an agent there. When the lady was there she was helpful. I wish they would employee military spouses to work there or be available on call vs hiring an employee to make the commute. Also it would be nice if fort Irwin could work something out with the Barstow location to have employees service both locations.

I don’t know why this rental car is even open made reservations for 430 pm for car pickup and surprise no employee is on site and they don’t even pick the phone when you call them if I could put negative start I would

Had an unexpected and urgent need for a rental car. Have always had great service with Enterprise. However, no one at the desk. No one answered the phone despite multiple tries and no one answered the email on the Enterprise sign. Sadly, other customers I met in the Exchange say this is normal.

Kelly and her team are working so hard to make sure people are taken care of. Seems like they genuinely care. I was given an upgrade without even asking because of my family size. Awesome team.

I wish I can give 0 stars but Worse company for renting a car especially here in fort Irwin, order my car for 10:30 , I get it at 2pm , they made me miss my appointment not the first time tho. On top of that they charge me 30$ for the gas knowing that the tank was near empty when I took it. You must think twice before you rent at this place. The lady at the front desk trash, she doesn't even know why she there, don't know how to treat customers.Trash

I reserved a car for pick up for 5pm on Sep 23rd. I got a call yesterday and confirmed that someone would be here at 5pm. I get a call today, the 23rd, at 11:45am, and get told that if I don't pick it up by 12pm today they'll give my reservation to someone else. So I go over to the Ft. Irwin Enterprise and Gabby was rude as hell. And when I was having trouble with my card she told me I couldn't run debit and they couldn't run the card again for 24hrs. Unnecessary hoops to jump through and horrible customer service. Fire Gabby. And Gabby almost forgot to give us our paperwork and do the walk through.

Wow!! Called 3 times from 9am-11am, no answer! Left voicemail and went to the office at 11:45. There was a sign that said agent was in the parking lot “cleaning out cars”. I waited 10 minutes and walked out to parking lot and did not see anyone cleaning cars!! I called again at 3pm, no answer and I never received a call back from the voicemail I left!! Oh and the sign in the front of the shop says it’s “open”?? the worse Enterprise I’ve ever tried to do business with!!!??????????

They never answer the phone!! What’s the point of them being open if no one there to answer the phone!!!!? I have call multiple times and walked up there for them to take 2 hour brakes and for no one to be up front!! They say the proud to support our troops and there family but can’t even answer the phone

Well, this WAS a decent place....make a reservation and get a rental; I guess that is not the operating procedures for the enterprise in Fort Irwin, California any longer....

We made a reservation for 10 am (we need to leave at 12) and they did not have a vehicle when I needed it. Even though there were 4 vehicles in the parking lot. The lady at the counter. Was extremely rude and not helpful. She said we were at the top of the list. I saw another vehicle turned in and she said it was going to another customer. If I could rate less than 1 star I would have.

So my experience was as follows. I made a reservation on Tuesday for a compact car from Friday morning to Saturday morning. Come Friday they didn't have the car so I hitched a ride with another customer to Barstow to pick one up there. Got the car and asked very specific questions about returning the car on a Sunday when they were closed and how much gas to put in it. Pretty much I asked straight up what I had to do to avoid any additional charges. So I get the car, go to Vegas and the Grand Canyon. I drop off the keys Sunday morning after less than 48 hours of having the vehicle. I made sure to take a video of me dropping them off with the time and date. Next day I cash out and I get my 200 dollar deposit back the next day. To avoid paying extra fees ask very specific questions. They will give you an estimate on what you will be charged. Ask them what you have to do to make that happen. Hold them to their answers and you will be good to go.
