Im genuinely surprised at how great customer service was! You just don’t see that often anymore. I was acknowledged by a few employees and got help quickly. The young man who helped me was absolutely kind and helped read a code on my car. He gave suggestions and was even sweet to my 2 year old son. Thank you, Fortuna.

This parts store has really improved. A few years ago they weren't very friendly or knowledgeable. The last couple times I've been here the people are very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy.
