Gas station is fine. My beef is with the Aztec burritos. I grabbed a Sausage and egg burrito. Ate the whole thing, found a couple tiny bits of sausage. So I paid $10 for a tortilla filled with eggs. Never again.

They NEVER answer the phone and it's so frustrating when your trying to prep for the day and they make you come in order and wait 30 minutes for food.

I am a frequent customer at this location only because of the convenience and ease of access. The heavier set cashier with the beard is rude and is not pleasant to interact with whatsoever. I have been harassed multiple times for simply using the restroom when HE WANTED TO...everything from rude remarks to telling me I should go somewhere elee to use the bathroom. He needs to be replaced immediately, if not I certainly will refrain from spending my money there and will do my best to tell all my friends and fam how unprofessional this "redwood mart" really is. GO TO THE SHELL STATION PEOPLE ITS WAYY BETTER WITH BETTER PRICES ANYWAYS.

I walked in for a burrito and a drink. The guy said I was drunk when I was completely sober and refused to sell me the hard iced tea, and the burrito was terrible, had to throw away the second half. Never give these people your money. Go to the Shell station on the next block.

Where did my other review go?It's a gas station. It has gas, drinks, and food. Set up and priced for travelers, not locals. Also its stupid getting in and out. People on main street basically have to stop and let you out.

On our way out we stopped for gas and some snacks. The place was clean and the staff was helpful. They have clean bathrooms.

2* review. Gas is gas. All the gas stations are within cents of each other so that's not my issue. My issue is, I go inside to buy a drink, or snack, as I'm getting ready to drive out of the area. I figure these things will also be competitively priced, especially since brand name sodas etc. are close to the same price everywhere. I go to a lot of convenience stores, and almost all of them have a cheap energy drink they're selling, or deals on others. I see the "$3.50 for 2" a lot for rock stars, or $.99 for venoms, or "2 for $3" on monsters etc. it's not uncommon. I go into Fortuna Chevron though and not a deal to be seen. Trail mix that looks old, $7. Little Aztec breakfast burritos, $5.50. Wtf? I got my $.99 Arizona fruit juice stuff and left. The Chevron here has a nice store, great refrigerated section, lots of options, clean, and it looks like it's new or kept up very well in the fridge behind the drinks. That being said, I'm not paying your inflated a** prices to help you pay for it faster. Try lowering some of your prices. I'm guessing you would sell more product and therefore make the same profit. Good god this place is pricey. Gas is reasonably priced at least. But then again, if it wasn't, nobody would stop there.

I was on a trip down to San Francisco and stopped here before I hit the road last week. I grabbed a couple Monster energy drinks, The labels are clearly stated 2 for $4.29 However after the cashier scanned them my total total was $6.49.. I asked the cashier why they are so much when they say 2/4.29 she said there must've been some wrong tags on there. Now I could understand if it was just one tag but it was a sticker on their cooler door as well as tags on all of the monsters. I politely asked if I could have them for the price that's advertised on the actual product and she said she would have to get the manager (totally understandable) she walked over to the dining area and spoke to a woman eating at a table, apparently the manager was on lunch or something. She came ack to the register with the manager, I did not get her name but she was a bigger girl and claimed to be the store manager... She told me that the sticker and the tags were not correct it was very rude about it. She told me they're not the ones who put stickers and it's the energy drink companies that do. I'm a previous business owner so in my eyes regardless if one of your affiliates put the wrong price on you as a company need to own that. I explained I totally understand that but I feel like I should get the price listed and then you can remove the incorrect price so it doesn't happen again, Mind you I was still very polite even though I was a little upset she was being rude, Instantly after saying "I feel like I should get the price listed" she lost it and became loud and downright rude . She stated "i don't have time for this I'm busy, If you don't like our price You can go shop somewhere else, And promised me she would not be upset" She said this is very rude and sarcastically I was about to walk out but I was upset and shocked, not even at the incorrect price but the way the MANAGER treated me as a customer that did nothing wrong... I asked who I could speak to above her because the way she treated me was very unacceptable And I wanted to make a complaint. She said I am the manager there is no one above me you're more than welcome to not come back but I'm busy and I'm going to eat my lunch that's now getting cold, Turned her back and walked away. I was absolutely shocked. I will never step foot in this establishment again and I suggest whoever owns this business to have a customer service training especially for management. The cashier was totally nice it was the manager that really had some issues. I'm sure it doesn't matter as she stated but this store has now lost a customer.
