Rude employee (female) brown long hair to be exact. Was stocking items near the frozen aisle today 04/30/24 at 4:40 pm. Asked her a question and she acts as if she didn’t hear me, then rudely responds when question asked again. If you don’t like your job quit. Everyone else seems very nice

DON'T waste your time by going un this store! I was treated so rude! The clerk was the worst person and SHOULDN'T BE allowed to work with the public if I had gotten her name I'd have her reported and fired! So was the worst I've ever seen in my 65 years of age!They have you waiting in a very long line for almost 30 minutes and then treat you like this!

THANK YOU DAHLIA AND LIZZY for always having a smile and positive attitude! Clean, friendly and shelves are always stocked! I love this location settled in friendly Fortuna. I visit a few times a week and am always greeted by the staff when I walk in with a friendly smile a great service. The store is always clean and plenty of space to walk down the isles. It's very seldom I shop there and don't see the employees stocking the shelves with the latest items or new items. I enjoy the new items and variety or items that come in weekly. They have a great variety of craft supplies from fabric squares, wood crafts, paint, embroidery, glue sticks and so much more! They always have the seasonal items stocked and neatly organized. Their pet supplies is stocked for cats and dogs including treats, litter, leashes and collars. For my growing pups these collars work great! Their toys and games have a great selection for all ages. I even picked up some macramé crafts and travel games! I appreciate their variety in grocery items. I like to come here for frozen vegetables, canned goods, food seasoning, soups (you get more in the can) and so much more to meal prepping. You can always find new items and much more!

It's okay as far as a low cost store goes but they are not a $1 they're at least $1.25 or more. Sign of the times.

Dont expect urgency nor respect from the coworkers just grab your stuff n go. Always feel bad for the one and only cashier

Love the staff , very nice cashier! Just worried and annoyed that she was the only cashier, they had her handling a 20+ person line alone that almost reached the back of the store. Very concerning, she looked exhausted!

The 5 stars are for Jezelle (I hope I spelled her name correctly!) She was dealing with massive line (over 12 people!) singlehandedly and was friendly, helpful and speedy! Please tell her that she's appreciated and hire some more staff!!
