Eel Valley Appliance is a great store with wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The team is very helpful, honest, and works hard to ensure customers are happy. They provide great prices comparable to any box stores. Service is efficient, with quick delivery and polite employees who handle installations well, even in tight situations. They are known for dispatching service calls promptly, offering loaner appliances, and providing helpful advice to avoid unnecessary charges. The staff goes above and beyond to resolve issues, including working directly with manufacturers to correct problems. This local business is highly recommended for its excellent service and customer care.
Fabulous. East to work with. Got me just what I wanted. Easy peasy.

Just wanted to give a hats off to Jesse at Eel River Appliance. Not only was a service call dispatched the same morning I called, on the following morning, a loaner fridge was delivered, again in approximately in a hour. Thanks so much!

Great store and great staff. Very helpful when we purchased our island stove and oven insert. Thanks Jesse, Maurice and Ross!
