I can't remember the ladies name.. she had a bad foot, used crutches.. she has an attitude problem. ESPECIALLY over the phone. Little nicer in person. It's a good thing she isn't in hospitality. Prob should put her behind closed doors, out of reach of the telephone...

Fed ex brought my package on the 17th, my partner saw him walk up to our door. He didn't leave the package. We waited all day. No package. Tracking said it was on the truck. Then when we checked the tracking again it said it wouldn't be delivered till Monday the 20th. It arrived on Saturday the 18th. That sucked. Glad I finally got it. I don't understand what the problem is.

I received a package today but it took 3 calls to FedEx & a half hour of looking to find it. We have a long drive (about 200 ft) down a hill. Near the top of the driveway is a utility shed. The driver placed the brown package against the brown utility shed on the side facing the house. To do that, they had to walk over our landscaping which scattered rocks into the driveway. The utility shed is not visible from the house so I had no idea the package was there. You have to walk halfway up the driveway to even see the shed through the trees. I get that nobody wants to walk down, then back up the driveway but they need to do their job. Had the representative at the local shipping center not spoken to the driver who told him where it was, I wouldn't have found it for days as I'm sick & unable to leave the house. Further, the package was left in a patch of ferns & ticks love to hide out in those patches. I was NOT pleased to have to risk getting ticks to get my package. Also, I was given wrong information the first two times I called FedEx. They originally told me it was left in the mailbox. Not only is that illegal, but the packaged contained 2 pairs of shoes in their boxes...it wouldn't have even come close to fitting in the mailbox.

Horrible experience with trying to receive a delivery. FedEx made a mistake but never once apologized for sending me to the wrong location to pick up the delivery. The representative was instead defensive and lacked one ounce of customer service.
