I always try and keep my business local, even with slightly higher costs, but my 86 year old Dad went in to buy a dipstick for his lawnmower the cost was $12 and no one explained he would be charged $50 for shipping. when I questioned this I was given the tired excuse " you know how shipping has gone up" now I get items delivered all the time under a pound average cost $4-$8 this is shameful but I guess this is how some companies make money now

I have to say, I had absolutely great service here before. I'm not sure what has happened in the last year. However, trying to get my tractor service took 7 phone calls. There were three different days promised when they would come out. They missed the first two without even notifying me, like they forgot about it. Finally made the third one. The bill was a couple hundred dollars more than the last one and, frankly, doesn't even make sense.

No one (employees) was wearing a mask even though there was a sign on the door that you must wear a mask. The mechanics were great, but management was awful. No one returns calls or seems to know what's happening.

This business, which used to be called Fernbridge Tractor, sold me a defective Generac generator years ago, and has taken thousands of dollars out of my pocket to repair it. The repairs only last a few weeks or months and then it stops working again. In this rural area, we need our generators to get through numerous power outages in the winter months. I've thrown away chest freezers full of food because it spoiled when the power went out and the generator wouldn't work. Most recently, they sent me a bill for over $500 for a repairman who wasn't able to fix the machine. He said he needed to order some new part, but apparently never did. I hired a different mechanic, and he fixed it in less than an hour for a quarter of the price. He did not need to order any additional parts. I would advise anyone to avoid this business at all costs.

Excellent Service. Pickup and Deliver. Having owned other brands of riding mowers we will NEVER buy anything other than John Deere. 5 year old mower and running like the day we bought it.

Fair and fast treatment. I took my JD lawn tractor in for a quick repair, which they did in a day. They also inadvertently damaged the hood on the tractor, and without hesitation ordered a replacement hood for me. These people have done all possible in their power, to treat me professionally. They deserve a solid consideration for your business.
