Travis is very knowledgeable about the construction, purpose, and history of the products he is selling and just an all around personable guy. We came in rather nescient on the subject and in pain, but thanks to Travis we soon had the confidence to make a well informed decision. The mattress we wanted was out of stock and had to be ordered but he told us to hang in there and reminded us that this was an investment to improve our quality of life and to stick with the mattress we love, not change to something else we might like less because we had to wait a little longer. He gave us a timeline of 2 to 3 weeks and a little over 1 week later we had our mattress delivered and installed as well as our old mattress and boxspring removed. The whole experience has been great, definitely recommend going here if you are serious about improving your quality of sleep.”
