“Update: I'm revising my original review from 1 star to 5 stars. The owner promptly contacted me after he was aware of our situation and worked with us on the charges. He was sympathetic to the issue and even shared his own story of dealing with theft of a vehicle.. I would encourage anyone to talk to Leroy to work out a fair and reasonable deal.. Awful company! Don't do business with Humboldt Towing! They have the most unethical business practices I've ever heard of! My son's car was stolen, he reported it to EPD. EPD found it in an alley on B street, battery stolen and ignition ripped apart. EPD called to have it towed ( 2 miles) and now Humboldt Towing is charging $386 because law enforcement called it in plus $75 a day it's there...THEY WON'T TAKE A PAYMENT UNLESS IT'S CASH?!?? Seems a little unfair for the person who had their vehicle stolen!”
