I arrived before they opened so I could receive a ride to work and they were kind enough to let me do so. I've had many experiences where employees are annoyed if you arrive before or right around opening but they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. This is my third time (I believe?) using JC Auto and it won't be the last :]”

Dispatchers are nice over the phone and ask a bunch of questions so that way they can meet your needs! They provide different services and the drivers are great and very nice. The owners really helped me out when I was struggling and they were very understanding about what I was going through when my car got towed in. When I needed a jumpstart on my vehicle and they were super quick and inexpensive!”
