Catherine and her office are simply amazing!
After some 20 years with AAA, we moved to Catherine. Wow, she spent considerable time with us understanding every detail of our home and possessions, and helped us make very wise choices on optimizing our coverage. We made substantial changes to better reflect our risk and coverage needs.
Everyone in our area is not being renewed: the issue is not specific to State Farm. Catherine took control and helped us navigate the California Fair plan and wraparound insurance.
We have a true partner in Catherine: she, and her office, are amazing.

I have been with State Farm for 34 years. My parents always had State Farm. I have had State Farm for my car for 34 years, I have had State Farm Renters multiple times and State Farm Home insurance twice. Of all the various offices I have worked with, Catherine Ho's has been hands down my favorite. All the staff there have always been available to answer questions and to help me understand and get the best coverage and value for my money. I have always preferred to have my adjuster in the same town I am and I started with Catherine when I was in the bay. I have moved to multiple towns over my 10 years in California and I have kept working with Catherine because I am so pleased with my experiences with her and her staff.

Update January 2025
I am still with Catherine Ho's State Farm. Despite State Farm dropping my renters insurance and not offering home insurance when we purchased a new home, Catherine and her team's empathetic and quick response is what retains me. I had a recent car accident and the level of service received was excellent. She provided sound advice on what to with my insurance coverage while I'm in limbo for a new car. I trust my agent and plan to keep my coverage with her.

I am currently a state farm customer who has worked with an agent for several years now. A few years back, the agent disappeared and never returned my calls or emails or texts. Since I have recently purchased a new car, I need to connect with my agent but they are still so unresponsive. I reached out to Catherine and, even though I am not her client, she gave me multiple options to help me out in achieving my goals. I am satisfied with state farm even more than I already was thanks to agents like Catherine. 10/10 would recommend

Both our auto and home insurance are taken care of by Catherine! Catherine walked us though all the process and told me how to file the claim when needed.
