David (the Store Manager) was immensely patient and calm during a stressful afternoon. My team arrived with 25+ large boxes to be delivered to addresses in 5 different states. David worked with us all afternoon to make sure our packages were sent out safely and speedily.

I came here today and I had an excellent experience. The Asian Sir was very nice and helpful.
I confess I was scared about the bad reviews here but that was not the case. I was done in 5min.

Understaffed and self service scan and ship does not work. 15 mins to drop off a pretaped and ready to ship box

I often request rushed printing jobs for design projects, and this FedEx is always reliable and accommodating.
Ronnie has a great attitude, super helpful and welcoming to all customers.

The worst customer service. Was here to try to get some business printing. Didn't get further than just trying to inquire about getting a presentation folder customized. Was met with a rude " well I don't even know what that is" by a long haired employee. And another gentleman who came to the aid of the first employee stood with his arms folded and said he didn't know anything about that type of printing either. Save yourself the trouble if you need any customized printing or services outside of posting.

Amazing customer service. We were greeted with a smile. A young dude with glasses helped us send a package to SC.He was friendly, fast and helpful. We just came from have a horrible experience at UPS!!!! This is our store now.

Please don’t go to this store as they cheat you by adding more charges than what it should be. I wanted to print a document and it only was supposed to cost me $15 but the Asian dude charged me $23 and said it was surcharge and it was suppose to cost only 23 cents per page but he charged me 30 cents per page. When asked why he said it is beyond his pay grade as they were from corporate. It’s a sham. Please be careful with this FedEx store.

I tried to send a letter to my landlord here. They did not understand what their guest requests and rigidly insisted their “policy” that only made trouble than help send the messages. The overnight delivery was delayed twice and then stayed at a location “waiting for picking up” for quite some time. However, the pick-up location claimed that it was a system mistake and they do not actually have my package. Not to mention the pick-up notice was sent to me (the sender) while it was meant for the recipient. It was like a joke. Then two weeks after the “overnight” package was sent by me, they suddenly noticed me that the package was being delivered back to the sender me, by which time I have already moved out of my old address. I hurriedly called them telling them that I don’t want it to be in the hands of mylandlord (now “previous” landlord) for privacy reasons, but, after an hour of argument with me by different people, they said it’s already delivered while we were arguing. I was told that I can get the refund. Otherwise it would be a one-star.

Not open when the sign stated they would be. There were several people waiting but they lost all that business. Just another data point to show fedex is the worst

Convenient location right off Highway 92 In Foster City with easy access and parking. Self-service kiosk for printing labels. Counter staff was courteous and efficient. ?

Guys were nice when I was confused. But one of the girls with glasses was SO RUDE. I was alittle confused on how the print and go works. she just had a bad attitude.

Rude behavior without anything coming from me as a customer to invite it. When I addressed it he became slightly defensive as if I am stupid. Some of us are well aware of negative gestures and are no strangers to such immature behavior. If you hate your job and hate customer service then leave.
