I moved to the Bay area last year and had to find a new stylist. Barber shops are charging $50-60, and I have short hair. Gave Great Clips a try. While the service was good and affordable, finding the right stylist and sticking with them is the key. Lucky that my stylist, Thu, provides a great cut, takes her time, and listens to my directions. Keep up the great work.

I’m coming to Great clips to Metro center for 7 years and had always great experience, unfortunately not today. Today I came for the haircut as usually every 2-3 months and was totally disappointed with the results. License cosmetologist Rick Timothy, asked me what I wanted to do, and I said just trim my hair ( thy even had a records of what I have done in the past). I noticed immediately that something is going wrong, one side was shorter than another. In the end, my hair was totally uneven, and I told him. He asked me if I wanted to ask someone else to fix it. The manager came and tried to fix, then I left and a had to come back, I was so upset. I was
asking for help and was seated back and other cosmetologist Jacqueline helped as much as possible, but unfortunately it wasn’t completely double. So I am not the person who likes to complain, but today I had really bad experience.

I’ve been coming to great clips for 5 years now and it’s been a great experience. I bring both of my boys here to get haircuts as well and we always walk away happy. The customer service, along with the quality of haircuts, is superb. Even though I request the same hair stylist I feel like I know everyone given their positive and welcoming personalities. I do want to call out Thu who is amazing. Perfect haircuts every time and an absolute joy to talk to. Love the shampoo which now has become a routine service I get. Keep it up Great clips.

Rik is awesome. Attentive,listens,helped my child receive a very cool fade with lines. He goes out of his way to please. We only request Rik!
He knows how to cut curly hair as well.

Great little place! I love the app to see how long the wait is. Have been happy with my new cut every time.
Stylist: Ricky does an amazing job! He has been my stylist for my last three cuts, (last two of which I've requested him) and I'm not planning on changing people any time soon!
He is kind, friendly, talkative if you want to be, knowledge, and dedicated.
