He is patient honest and takes quality time and answer questions, as I was a new person to sell precious metals. For example, I had an 18k white gold band inside a lot of sterling to be melted. He put it aside and mentioned it and verified the gold content. Today he verified metal content of a recent purchase for me, which was 0 % gold . He he is my go to place for Precious metals now !
