I paid 7000 dollars hoping that they can help me find a job. Eventually there is absolutely no offer. And despite being written in the contract, i still have not received the refund.

My opt was very close to expiration, and I almost thought I would pack up and leave without a job. I looked for this company, but I didn't expect it to be quite reliable. An offer was actually recommended to me. Anyway, I’ll just do it first and wait until I become a full-time employee.
