I had a great experience shipping things today. Despite a busy crowd, things flowed smoothly as Nikki worked multiple registers at the counter for maximum efficiency; she zipped through all the slightly complicated things I needed and I was in and out before I knew it. I saw a few other competent team members working notary and fingerprint services too, with similar skill and efficiency. Excellent service, thank you!

Today I went into this location at around 12:30 (July 1st) and it was overall bad experience. The lady who was working with us was rude and had a lot of negative energy which was IMMEDIATELY noticed as soon as we walked into the establishment.
I believe the workers name was Nikki.
She had serious amounts of attitude when working with us. When asked if there was a problem she continued to be rude and give attitude. It was clear that there was something wrong but she just dismissed it.
I seriously wanted my package secured and wanted to make sure EVERYTHING was done correctly so nothing bad happend to my package but she continued to be rude.
She aggressively tossed one of my boxes onto the counter, which contained a fragile item.
In the end I left because I DID NOT need to deal with such bad customer service. I canceled the entire order and took the packages back with me because I felt that she would bring harm to my packages if I stayed.
I felt that I couldn't ask any questions and that I was an inconvenience to her.
This is a disappointment, especially in Foster City.

Outrageous printing and pc charges without telling you. Got charged $10 for printing 5 pages of black and white. $7 of it for using their pc for printing 😳

The guy was quite rude today. I came in to return an Amazon item. The item did not come with a box so I used my own box. The guy just crashed it with his hand and said you cannot ship it with this box. I can sell you a box while pointing to one of the UPS boxes. Very rude!!! Never come to this UPS store again!

I like the convenience and quick service. Sometimes it gets busy but they usually have 2 to 3 staff helping.

Went In today to drop off Amazon returns. I was third in line, after 20 minutes the woman in front of me asked if they could say how much longer it would be. The ups employee answered her by saying she was free to go to another store. Then when she asked why he was being so rude he responded that the conversation was over . He told her to use the kiosk which she did and then came back and asked him for a piece of tape. The employee snatched the tape off the counter and told her that the package is supposed to be backed before being dropped off. At this point I said something to the employee that he was being ridiculous and to just let her use the tape. His response was that there was tape she could buy.
I’ve honestly never encountered anything as rude or bizarre as this employee was. I could even understand if the woman was rude but she honestly didn’t do anything wrong. It’s not acceptable to treat customers in that manner and I hope UPS reconsiders this individuals employment.

Extremely expensive store that charges $5 for each email you sent them and almost a dollar for printing each black and white page. After I paid them $6 to print out a single page document I had to come back 30 min after to print out another document as I forgot the first time. I was hoping they will skip the $5 email charge but guess what, they didn’t. They charged me $6 again to print out another single piece of paper. If you’re ready to pay over $10 to print out couple of papers you can go there otherwise stay away from this store!!!

We went in to notarize some documents. The employee who helped us was top notch. He knew what to do dealing with foreign country documents. We were very impressed with him. The other employee who rung us up, was great too. If more businesses had employees as professional as these, we'd all be better for it.

Terrible service. They overcharge too much! For printing a single page (return label), they charge you $10! This is absurd! They are also super slow too. I would not go again.
In comparison the other UPS in foster city charges $0 for printing a return label and they are much more friendly.

Can't believe print one black and white cost me $3.49. $3 for just using the pc (which is ridiculous) and 0.49 is print one single paper. I asked the staff she said it’s True!!!!
Never using their printer again!!!

Charges $5 to tape an Amazon return box, completely absurd.
Recommend going to downtown San Mateo UPS instead, much better customer service without the price gouging.
