Worst place ever. I've been going here for over 6 years as my young sister and younger brother have attended the school near it. The guy at the front scammed me $20 one time. Also, why say you're open 24 hours when you're clearly not.

Dude just shorted me $2. Of course I didn't realize until I got home. This location has been going downhill for a while now. Never ever ever ever going back.

Please train your employee about the products they sell, how they work and also customer service. Today, your employee showed an incommensurable lack of respect and lack of knowledge on selling products. I went there with a megamillion ticket that I purchased previously to pick up my winningHe refused to pay the full amount, because he said that I just bought it there. What? Since when Megamillion tickets, are an instant winning??Unbelievable, that someone that works there can be such a lier and insult customers. Im still shocked! If you go there, please check your change or just avoid this place !! This employee should not work anywhere with this atittude. As a store owner, maybe you should look into this and take actions if you want a successful business. This employee, only distroys the image of your store business. Unbelievable!!

It's January 9th, 2023 around 6 pm. I went in to get 3 tickets for the Mega Lottery and a young Indian guy was behind the counter. I have seen him before there as well. 3 tickets. $6. He was so busy talking on the phone, like last time, with something that looked like Apple EarPods. He spoke in his own language and really did not pay attention at all! As he took my handwritten tickets and put them in the machine, he still paid more attention to whoever he was talking to on the phone, than me and where he pushed the machine with his fingers. Then he says "$12!" Are you kidding me? I pointed to the ticket and said "here are 3 areas filled out x $2. That's $6." Still busy talking on the phone in between, he had the nerve to tell me that it was my ticket were the problem was. Are you kidding me? He said, I just put it into the machine and then it popped out with $12. Did not matter what I said. I noticed that he did not pay attention when he put the ticket in. He said it's double (x2) so it is $12. I asked where it said that on the ticket, and he could not, or would not, tell me. Obviously, he pushed the wrong buttons on the machine and tried to blame me?! What customer service! Then he just took the ticket and put it behind the counter and gave me the $6 I initially gave him. Man!So I took the same handwritten ticket to another 7-11 on Bushard and Garfield. Handed the same ticket to the woman behind the counter, she put it into the machine and said "$6". Wow. Finally someone who pays attention. Very pleasant experience. She was polite, not on the phone, and knew what customer service was. It just proved what I already knew. The young guy who was on the phone, all the time, in the 7-11 on Slater, west of Euclid, was wrong. Wow! Never going back there again. That was the worst experience I have had in a 7-11!! Wow! He would not last long in my business!

Came back to see if anything had changed.... The guy ringing us up was playing a game on his phone. He rang us up while keeping his head down the whole time to play his game even when he said thank you, We asked multiple times for a bag but he wasn't listening to us due to his game, we had to yell "can we get a bag" he stopped his game, got a bag and threw everything in like he was annoyed or mad. Sadly, this is the closet convenient store.

Employees are always talking on the phone or watching videos. They do not greet you. They do not offer a receipt or bags. Sometimes we have to wait for them to finish talking on the phone or watching their video to ring us up. They always skip my rewards and when I tell them about it, they say I don’t have any, and I just don’t want to argue with employees with bad customer service. They barely have any food out and when they do, it’s stale and moldy.

Worst customer service. All the associates are always on the phone with someone and never care for customers. Never greet, never honor discount when phone number is entered. It's works that being at self checkout. Unfortunately is the closest 711 to me.

I live super close so I’ve been a regular customer for over a year now. I’d say I drop in about 2-3 times a week for various things like Slushees, energy drinks and snacks, etc. The store itself is average.they’re donuts are decent but left out too long sometimes. I do know other 7-elevens around seem to have a bigger variety of items. However what stands out about this store (and not in a good way) is the employees and their bad attitudes. I’ve tried my best to be nice to them thinking maybe they had a bad day and I try to “lighten” their mood and they just become more determined to not smile, to roll their eyes when I ask if I may have my receipt, etc. there’s one sorta younger looking gentleman specifically who stares off a lot, and when I go to pay with my card, EVERY single time, I have to wait to even put in my PIN number. Because he is staring off and doesn’t realize he needs to push something on his screen so I can pay. He eventually realizes I’m still waiting and then finished it up. I just feel like it must be a very depressing place to work. My theory is maybe they’re burned out. They DO have a lot of very loud and hyper active middle schoolers who come every day and maybe they’re exhausted from them? Either way it’s not an excuse to have absolutely no manners and to make customers feel like they are nuisances and interrupting your day. Overall just not a pleasant place. I will now be making efforts to go to different locations and avoid this one.

Extremely incompetent. Would not allow anyone to help me , ie handicapped customer, carry out PURCHASED items to car. Hid items behind counter. Complained their bag of ice was melting on their counter. (What?)I couldn't hold it. I had other things I was holding. I will never go back. Rude operators

That sales associate Prince had got to be the most unfriendly person to work in customer service. He eats while he’s ringing you up talks on the phone doesn’t offer any bags. Horrible!
