I do not recommend this place for live scan. The middle aged man who did my live scan was rude and mean. He squeezed my fingers excessively for fingerprints. I am having pain in my fingers. Very poor service.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience today while getting finger printed. They were quick and engaged with my kiddo so it went quick for her too. I appreciate the great customer service I received today!

I came here to ship out a few packages and also print a few things from work. The service was amazing, staff was super helpful and quick + prices were definitely better than other places near me. It's awesome that they also provide other services like notary,photos, etc. and I actually went back a little after my first visit to take my passport photo, and again had an amazing experience. This is definitely a one-stop shop for all things you need!

Manish is a hero!! I had a huge issue with a DHL package that didn't deliver to my home address resulting in me running to different mail centers in different cities with no success. After 2 weeks, the package finally went back to this mail center, but I still wasn't able to pick it up cause then there was an issue with the DHL label not scanning properly. Seems the DHL worker didn't utilize the correct final label. Manish put in extra work to flag down the DHL driver, make him wait to ensure the label worked, all so I could pick up my package within an hour. Thank you for your commitment, Manish!!!

The people that work here are simply great! Every time I come in, they always are so helpful. They tape up my boxes for me whereas when I went to the UPS store, they literally got mad at me and "warned" me to tape my boxes because they won't do it. Not everyone has mailing supplies. Anyhoo, AIM is great! They are reliable and just always provide me with good service. I moved to south Orange County and I still come all the way to FV to AIM because I love this store! Can't recommend them enough. I guess I just really appreciate them because they take care of everything for me and I trust them.

This is by far my favorite post office, printing, faxing center. Staff's customer service is exceptional, and man goes above and beyond to meetyour needs. The other young lady is also nice and provides exceptional customer service. I've been going here for years, especially since it was close to my parent's house. I still frequent this place even after I moved, and it all had to do with their superb customer service and I appreciate how patient, kind, and helpful they are. They are friendly, patient, attentive, and just do an awesome job. You can also have your passport pictures taken here, and if your passport is about to expire, youcan renew it with them. Irecommend you call, though, since there are certain guidelines in order for them to be able to do the renewal. They also have post cards and a lot ofother items. They also do fingerprints here, too. Thank you for your AMAZING customer service.

How hard is it to print four pages? Nancy was very nice, however Manish was terribly rude and condescending! We have dealt with Jim the owner many times. This man talked to me like I was an idiot and insulted my husband and I. I would never use them again!

I came in to see if I had enough postage on a 4 oz package. The clerk weighed it and said it needed more postage even though the package was originally sent to me for $2.99 from ebay. He charged me over $11. I think he was wrong, but I wanted to get it mailed so I paid. Will go to the PO next time.

The best service! I got my ink fingerprinting done here for background clearance. The man was very nice helpful and I was out in no time. Will definitely come back for their mailing / other services. Thank you!

Took my wife and kids here to take their passport photos based on the great Yelp reviews. We must have gotten a new person because the US Dept of State rejected my wife's photo because it did not meet the 1 inch to 1 3/8 inch photo requirement.
