Says they're open but they're not apparently. Really hate wasting my time coming all the way out here just to be turned around at the door. Might make it easier to find if they put some advertisements on the windows too.

I have three older Airwolf printers. XL and 2 HDR's.\\n\\nI Sent in an extruder head to Airwolf for a heater replacement. They charged me $86.00 to replace it, charged me $35.00 to ship it back from Las Vegas to Camarillo, CA. It was a dual extruder with one heating element. They sent it back with one nozzle missing. Really $35 for UPS ground in a box about 6\\\" cubed? BTW, the wire broke after I short time. I fixed that myself and was kicking myself for sending it in.\\n\\nThe display on an HDR, went bad. Got a quote from Airwolf of $245.00. Found a number on the back. Googled it and found it for $75.00. After I looked at the old one, Airwolf put a sticker over the face plate to make it look like a part they made. If they would have charged $150 I could understand the need to be profitable, but $250 is an absolute gouge.\\n\\nWhen I asked them for certain things the response was often \\\"that is an old printer and we no longer support it.\\\" When I pay for a more expensive printer, my intention is to use it for several years and upgrade it along the way.\\n\\nThe electronics change but mechanically there is much that can change. They tell me that I can trade the old ones in. The I get a price and its just is never a good deal.\\n\\nI am giving to stars because I have printed a lot of stuff and the slicing software was easy to use.\\n\\nAlways shop around for parts!!!!

Do not buy a printer from this company, the quality of their product is horrible. I have had to take my printer into them multiple times for them to fix it. Now I had a part break on their printer that they 3d Printed, so instead of taking it in to get fixed I requested the stl file for the part so I could print it on my other 3d printer and they are refusing to send it to me. Dont waste your time with this companies 3d printers.

Don't take the lead time seriously.... AT ALL. Latest issue.. placed an order 3 months ago - every week they tell me "next week we will have material in for you" Here we are 6 weeks later and they are still expecting the material to be in "next week."

I thought it would be good to buy local BUT this 3D printer has always given me problems from day1. Poorly designed using 3D printed parts and not a lot of thought that goes into reliability and longevity. Also, the leveling aspect is always an issue and time consuming. Would never buy or recommend this even to my enemies.

I have purchased two printers from Airwolf 3D. The first in 2013 (XL, now discontinued) was nothing to write home about. Then I upgraded to the Axiom and that was quite the step up! It is a much sturdier build and has a great design features including the auto level and nozzle cleaning before each print. My successful print % shot up as did the quality of print and range of materials.

We've been with Airwolf from the beginning. They truly value their partnerships with education. If something goes wrong, they are quick to address it. Great products and people all the way around. Our MIT project this past summer would not been possible without their help!

I've used two different Airwolf 3D printers - an XL and an AXIOMe - for several years now. Very reliable and accurate machines. I'm literally using either one or the other almost every day with student projects or making edge-lit LED signs that I make and sell as fundraisers for other student maker projects.

Airwolf is awesome. I bought a printer from them a really long time ago and I have always received great service. I had an issue once and they got my machine dialed in and working like new again and upgraded some parts for me for cheap. I think they genuinely really care about their customers and that's a big one for me.

Good printer. Does everything it advertised. However, customer service/tech support is atrocious. They don't respond quickly. Even called several times just to be told by a voicemail that all tech support is assisting other customers, EVERY.TIME. Offered my contact info for a call back and they call back at the most random time. Communication guys is key. Good thing they have youtube videos that teach you everything so be prepared to learn on your own. Other than that, printer is just as good as those on the market but tech/customer support is below par at best.
